"Screw you," she spat at him with venomous words.
"Excuse me?" He replied taken back by the words that escaped her lips.
"I said screw you. I was doing good, I was just fine until you showed up. I am married for God sakes! To a wonderful man who loves me and our children. Nia isn't even his and he's been a better father than you'll ever be! You left me! Six months pregnant you decided to choose yourself and here you are, again! Choosing yourself. If you really truly love me like you say then you would leave me alone. But you won't. Because you know that after all these years I'm still somehow in love with you. I hate you too. But I hate myself more for it." She paused as her tears flew from her eyes. She gulped them down so she could continue. "You missed out on the best freaking kid life could ever give you. You are a selfish man. For so many years she asked where daddy was, she knew that Dante wasn't her real father. But she doesn't ask about you now. She doesn't wonder where you are or what you're doing because her father is right in front of her. I thank God everyday for that man, she needed a real man in her corner and it could never be you."
