I awoke the next morning, my head rested on his chest, his arms tight around me. I glanced up, his hair was messy, his eyes closed, mouth open, breathing steadily. Skin against skin. He was perfectly imperfect in the morning.

I rolled over, straddling him gently and leaning down, kissing his forehead. His eyelids fluttered slightly before his eyes opened, a smile instantly bared across his face. He reached up and pushed my hair back out of my face, "Good morning gorgeous."

I smiled, leaning down and kissing him gently, "Good morning."

He sat up slowly, wrapping his arms tightly around my waist and hugging his face into my bare chest, "I could get used to this."

I giggled, pulling his head back and kissing him hard, "Up for round 3?"

He laughed and kissed my cheek, pushing himself against me hard. I bit my lip, pressing myself hard against him. He grinned and flipped me off of him and rolling out of the bed, "Maybe later, but as of right now I'm still the owner and do have to see that guests are finding their way around."

I nodded and pulled the sheets up over my, "But you'll come back later right?"

Oliver leaned over me, kissing me gently, "I'll never let you leave again."

I blushed, rolling over on my side, watching him as he got up to get dressed. I promised myself I wouldn't cave. That I wouldn't let myself believe him. But something about everything he said seemed so genuine. I wanted to love him. I wanted to be with him. I could take him home to my family, be proud of him and explain how we met. I would just leave out the fact that he ran a fucked up hotel, he has an ex wife who is psycho and he tried to have sex with a robot.

Oliver glanced back over at me, winked, and walked out the door.

Now onto more important things. I had to get to the attic and the basement, but had to time it perfectly. I knew Maddi would have my back, I would just have to make sure that Chira and  Sylvie both weren't around when I tried to get to either place.

I slipped on the clothes I had worn the day before, as my luggage was still at Edgar and Matilda's, and slipped out of the door. I glanced around, Sylvie's laundry cart was in the hallway, which meant she was definitely on this floor, she would never leave that unattended. And typically, where Sylvie was, Chira was.

I walked around the corner just as a door opened, I grabbed a hold of the first door I could. I was lucky enough that it was open, and stumbled in. That was close.

"What are you doing in my room?"

I tensed up. Why do I never look when going in a room??

I turned around to see Xavier, laying on the bed, not even glancing in my general direction. I let out a breath of relief, if he said anything to Sylvie or Chira later on they probably wouldn't believe him and tell him he was hallucinating.

"I was hiding from Sylvie."

Xavier glanced up, a joint laying limp between his lips, "Oh it's you. Yeah I don't care, come sit down, take a puff."

I shook my head, "Not after last time. How are you?"

Xavier dragged in hard on the joint, blowing out the smoke through his nose and sighing, "Bored, there's no one ever here anymore, no one who will smoke with me at least. It's not always that fun doing it alone."

I nodded, leaning back on the bed slightly, glancing over at his arms, I could see pin marks near his middle elbow. "Xavier, have you been shooting hard drugs?"

He glanced up at me, then looked down at his arm. He shrugged and looked over at the clock, "Yup and it's about time I do it again since now I'm just doped up instead of fucked up."
