"Maisie was sick today." Gabe said as soon as he hopped in the car pouting.
"Aww we can make give her some cookies when she comes back. How's that?" I suggested heading back to the house now.
"Yeah! That'll be awesome!" He beamed and I smiled back at him.
"Go and do your homework and then we can go make some cookies." I said as we walked in the house. He quickly nodded running up the stairs to go finish his homework.
I grinned skipping into the kitchen finding Logan intently staring at the fridge.
"You okay Logan?" I asked as I pushed him out of my way opening the fridge to get some ingredients out.
He hummed looking over at him. "So like are we dating now?" He asked causally and I raised my eyebrows.
"I don't know are we?" I said jokingly and he pouted.
"You never answered my question." He whined.
"That's because you never asked." I pointed it out getting sugar out from one of the counters.
"Oh." He muttered and fell in deep thoughts standing in front of the sink.
I turned around from the counter before Logan quickly holds my waist and my hand. "So you wanna be my girlfriend?" He asked grinning, his eyes sparkling.
I pat his chest. "Sure, as long as you take me to that aquarium again." I smiled and he brightened.
"Okay." He simply said before pulling me into a kiss. He smiled into my lips before tilting my head to deepen it more.
"Ew." A small voice mumbled as we stopped surprised. I looked down at Gabe and smiled ruffling his hair, smirking.
"You'll be like this with Maisie, Gabe. Now go clean your hands." I said as Logan kissed me on the cheek.
"I'm taking you to the aquarium tomorrow." He mumbled in my hair as he put his chin in my head.
"You better." I teased. "Because I wanna feed pictures of Veronica to some sharks." I nodded thinking about it and he chuckled.
"What did she do to you?" He asked.
"She thinks I don't know but I know she stole my favorite teal crayon in 2nd grade."
