Lucy's POV

"Natsu Dragneel"

"Well it's nice to meet you two" I smile gently and notice both of them blushing. Well that's not what I expected. Anyways, the only reason why I'm being so nice is because Juvia was sent to keep an eye on me and to report everything back to Erza. I don't want her to see me in a bad attitude or else I might have to take my medicine and I don't want too or maybe even get punished. I shiver at the thought. Also the pink haired idiot looks familiar.

"Ya" says Gray, "you should come over sometime, my apartment is on the third floor, first door on the right." He says it so confidently I have to make sure he's being serious. "Really?" I ask curious as to where this was going. "Really." He says. Oh my Lord. "Well, I'll keep that in mind." I say and walk back to the car and pick up my stuff.

Such weirdos.

Natsu's POV

As she walks away I can't stop staring at her. "What was that!? Haha!" I look at Grey confused, "What are you laughing for?"

"Haha! You looked so stupid 'Oh uh Natsu Dragneel' haha! You couldn't be any stupider could you!" He still continues to laugh.

"Oh ya? Cocky much? You practically scared her off with the whole 'You should come over to my place' because she totally thinks you don't have any motives" I say in the most sarcastic tone.

"At least I said actual words." Tch what an idiot. "You lookin' for a fight ice queen!"

"Is that a challenge I hear?" I'm about to hit him when I hear someone talking quite loudly.

"And here we have two of our best assassin's, and I really hope they are okay because it would be a shame if they weren't." That voice? I turn to see Jellal looking right at us with Erza at his side. He looks back to Erza.

"Anyways, I am very glad we will be working together to kill all of those names on the list that will be provided by you." At the last words he looks right at me. I gulp in fear that Erza might catch on to his stupid word play. I feel Gray stifen at my side and let out a shallow breath.

"Shall we go back inside? Miss Erza?" Says Jellal holding out his hand. "How many times do I have to tell you that you don't have to call me Miss. We've known each other forever let's just keep simple alright?" She smiles and I've never seen that woman smile before.

"She loooovves him" Gray whispers at my side. I struggle to keep my laugh in. Thankfully no one noticed.

"I suggest you keep your thoughts to Yourslef. Who knows what that woman is capable of. I sure as hell won't stop her from anything haha" Head Master laughs. "What are you talking about? You saying shes allowed to give us punishments??"

"She is the boss" he says

"But that's-"

"Fair. It's fair. She gave punishments to the Mercenaries and now she gives punishment to both mercenaries and assassin's." He says matter of factly.

"Ugh what a pain." I mumble.

Lucy's POV

"Lucy? Do you need help? Juvia can help you"

"No" I struggle with my breath. All these baggages are so damn heavy. "I'm fine." I give her a quick smile and work my up to the doors with all of my stuff.

Erza gave me a paper with my room number and a key. I hope it's in my pocket, if not then . . . Shit.

I almost make it to the elevator when I trip over a lump in the ground and call on my butt. I groan from the impact.

"For a Mercenary you sure are clumsy." I look up and glare at them.

"Whoa, take it easy there Blondie just kidding." He smirks and I want to smack him.

"Name's Laxus, and you are?"
