*A.J.'s P.O.V*
Its been two weeks since Gabby's transformation and I'd like to say that everything had gone back to normal but nothing is normal anymore.
Gabby is weirdly okay with everything that had happened. The only humans that know about us are Dakota and Niall, who occasionally become fearful in our presence but they try to act as normal as they can.
Me, Harry and Gabby feed as much as possible, so that we don't sink our teeth into one of our friends. Call me crazy but I don't think they would appreciate it as much as we would.
I now sat alone in my bedroom, trying to find ways to cure my boredum. I thought about cleaning my room but I had already done that three times.
I let out a groan, letting my body flop onto my freshly made bed. My mind surpast all the possible acticities I could partake in but none really seemed fun or entertaining at the moment.
Harry, being the buttmunch he is, wouldn't pick up the damn phone. Louis was with Elena. Gabby and Dakota were out 'bonding'. Liam still wouldn't talk to me and Zayn was out of town for the week. So that left me with either myself or Niall, who still felt guilty about the whole 'makeout' session we had, causing awkwardness between us whenever we hung out.
"What will it be? Severe boredum or severe awkwardness?" I spoke into the empty room. "Awkwardness is more entertaining."
I decided to listen to myself and speeded down the stairs and out the door. Soon finding myself, literally running face first int the door.
I fell to the concrete step with a thud, scraping my elbows in the process. A moan passed through my lips as I clutched my heavily bleeding arm.
"Oww, well that hurt." I said, irratation at myself seeping into my voice.
I heard the creek of a door, curiousity filling the air. Though as soon as those chocolate brown eyes hit my arm, shock and worry came crashing down.
"Oh my god! A.J. are you okay?!" Liam's words were rushed with fear. He didn't know the scratch will dissappear in a few seconds.
Before could even open my mouth, I was scooped up in his arms and brough inside, the door, which suprisingly wasn't dented or broken at all, was slammed closed behind us.
I was brought into the downstairs bathroom and placed on the toilet.
"Stay here." Liam ordered, leaving me alone in the bright room. I could already feel the wound closing up and by the time he got back it was completley healed.
"How? W-what just happened?" He stood stunned, still clutching the wound covering supplies he had collected.
"Uhhhh." I racked my brain for an explaination, but there wasn't nessicarily an excuse that worked in this particular situation.
"Whats going on?" Niall's voice was carried from the living room. When no one answered, his light footsteps slid across hardwood floor.
Soon his blue eyes rounded the corner, scanning me and taking note of the blood on my ripped long-sleeved shirt.
"Hi Ni. Whats up?" I smiled, leaning onto the counter, my healed elbow resting on the marble top.
"Uh, nothing. Whats up with you?" He gave me a weird stare before his gaze traveled up to Liam, who hadn't moved since he walked in.
"What happened to your arm? It literally just had an enormous cut in it!" Liam exclaimed, pointng to the spot where the gash had recently been.
"Would you believe it was strawberry syrup?" I half smiled up at him.
"No."
"Ketchup?"
"Nope."
"Uh, lets see what else is red?" My thoughts wizzed past ideas faster than a race car around a race track.
"Just tell me the truth!" He sighed, his hand traveling to his forhead, rubbing circles into his temples.
"You wouldn't believe the truth!"
"Then prove its true!"
I rolled my eyes, feeling my teeth sharpen and the veins pop out from under my eyes.
I don't tell anyone this, but the last two weeks I occasionally stand in front of the mirror and you know make 'vampire faces'.
Liam froze, his chocolate gaze scanning my face. His eyes landed most often on my teeth which weren't quit covered by my lips.
"W-what are you?" He stammered. Fear was replacing his irritation.
"Well isnt it obvious? I'm a big fluffy teddy bear! What the fuck do you think I am, dumbass." I replied sarcastically. My voice sounded as though I had a lisp, due to my hesitation to retract my teeth.
"Are you a v-vampire?" He wasreally scared now. His feet stepping back, creating distance between me and him.
"Now your gettin' it!"
"Are you gonna eat me?"
"If I was going to eat anybody don't you think I would've eaten Niall or Louis or Zayn or-"
"I get it." His voice was raised to cut through my rambling. Then somthing occured to him, I knew because I felt realization wash through me, replacing the terrified feeling I had obtained through him.
His curious eyes traveled to Niall, who had been relativley quiet. Liam looked him over looking for any emotion what so ever, shock, suprise, fear. Finding no trace of any of them.
"Did you know about this?" He asked him.
"Yeah. I've known since the day it happened."
"Which was?"
"Two weeks ago." I finished before Niall could say anything more on the subject.
"Two weeks?! Why didn't you guys tell me?!"
"Well, first you haven't spoken to me in the past two weeks." I replied, turning the blame gun on him as much as I could. Liam's eyes squinted into a glare, not even justifying my words with an answer.
"Explain. Now."
So, did just that. Leaving out the part about my imprinting on Niall of coarse. When we were finished, Liam nodded and looked thoughtful.
"This Damon, he changd you?" He questioned, no actual curiosity appearing in his emotions. He just felt, I don't even know how to explain it, determined, I guess is the best way to explain it.
"Yeah..... Why?"
My question was left unanswered as he charged out of the room and soon out of the house.
I looked to Niall for an answer but just go a shrug in return.
What was Liam up to?
