"I'm home!" Dean yelled and shut the front door of their decently sized house.

"Daddy!" Dean smiled at the sound of his five year old daughter. She ran out of the kitchen, wearing a pink tutu and black and white striped leggings with a shirt that said 'save the bees!' with a little cartoon bee.

She jumped up and Dean caught her moving her to his hip and laughing.

"Hey Claire. Where's Papa?" he asked just as Cas walked out of the kitchen, hair coated with flour.

Dean laughed at the sight of his husband, then pressed a kiss to his cheek.

"Papa and I were making dinner! The flour fell of the shelf and onto his head!" Claire exclaimed, smiling widely at her dad.

"Oh my god Cas, are you okay?" Dean put a hand on his shoulder. Cas waved him off and laughed.

"I'm fine, Dean." He kissed Dean and Claire 'ewwed' at the PDA.

"Good, now let's go and eat dinner. I'm starving."

Claire was smearing spaghetti on her face and using the noodles to make a mustache. She was giggling and making a mess, but Dean and Cas let her have her fun and smiled at their daughter's antics.

Cas eventually decided enough was enough and took Claire into the kitchen to get washed up while Dean gathered up the dishes to be washed.

Once Claire came out again, bouncing like an overactive puppy, Dean carried the dishes to the kitchen, kissing Cas who was on his way out.

Dean heard a faint "bathtime" and an "awww" from Claire and chuckled to himself.

He finished putting the plates into the dishwasher and walked upstairs to where a freshly showered Claire was being told a bedtime story by Cas. Dean leaned against the doorframe and relished in the sheer domesticity of it.

"When the angel met the hunter, he had saved his life. But when the hunter finally met the angel face to face, he tried to kill him, thinking he was an enemy." Cas said, and Claire gave a little gasp, not that she hadn't heard the story a million times.

"But what the hunter didn't know, was that the angel was in love with him. While the angel was rebuilding the hunter, he had fallen in love with every piece of the man. Over the years, the angel's feelings became reciprocated, and were revealed one stormy night while they were battling one of the Earth's oldest foes, the darkness." Claire smiled, this had always been her favorite part.

"You see, she had tried to use their bond against them, but their love for each other only spurred them on. They defeated the darkness with the help of the hunter's brother, and they lived happily ever after." Claire cheered and Cas kissed her forehead.

"Think you'll be able to sleep now?" She nodded eagerly. Dean padded over and kissed her forehead as well.

"Goodnight kiddo." She giggled and Cas turned off her light.

"Goodnight Daddy. Goodnight Papa."

IM NOT CRYING. YOU'RE CRYING. SHUT UP.
