*next day*
I woke up quite early. 7 am at the latest. Ryotaro wasn't there, I looked around, and found him with the girls They were at the restaurant. I walked in.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"This" said Minako showing me the computer screen.
On the news was Shuya and squad 1. They were going to be attending a government meeting.
"A meeting? For what?" I asked.
"Who knows, maybe to make an agreement to something" said Yoshiki.
"More importantly, where the hell did you get a computer out here?!" I shouted.
"We brought it just so we could see the news and things like that" Minako replied.
"Anyway, Kurosaki, we need to get back. We'll need to protect the town while they're gone" said Ryutaro.*2 hours later*
Although Ryutaro said we needed to protect the town, he barely done anything. Unlike the rest of us, who were patrolling around, he was just sat down waiting. He always did that. Kind of reminded me of father. Once he finished his fighting career, he didn't know what to do, and just relaxed and let everyone else do everything. Little did we know that our lives would be ruined. The only thing to remind me of my family is a wound. A serious one too. The others were gone for hours. It seemed like forever. Nothing happened, we were on edge for nothing. Although, it got the others moving around for once. Nothing about the meeting was made public, but, we did know one thing for sure, it was suspicious. Why would the leaders of the country meet with 'terrorists'? Since that was what they called us, aside from assassins.
I was sat on the stairs when they got back. They seemed serious, but not injured, no sign of a fight.
"What happened then?" Asked Ryutaro.
"Nothing. They simply told us to avoid conflict. A waste of time. Apparently most people don't agree with our lives being kept. Since, we do kill people" Shuya replied.
"Anyway, we're going to head back to the main building. We have things to do" he continued, walking back.
A citizen ran up to Shuya.
"There is intruders!" She shouted, her voice trembling.
"Why now?" He whispered.
"Squad 2! Round all citizens up in the dojo, then help fight!" He shouted.
We collected everyone up as Shuya and the others fought. The fight escalated fast. From small individual fights 1vs1, to their groups vs one of us. Especially mine. I had 11 on my tail, with no back up. I could survive it though, it's not as if I've never fought.
