~Death isn't scary. It's the effect it has on others that is truly horrifying.~
I sat in the mud as the rain fell on me. Shuya was right beside me. My tears mixed in with the rain, I just sat and thought about the past for a while. A sad beginning, a terrifying ending. The end is not near, the hell of a life is just beginning.
After a while I got to my feet. The feelings of sadness and anger mixed inside me. I could feel the evilness becoming as a result. I looked up at the moon. It was shining down onto the city. Far away from here. I found myself sprinting into the village. I could hear the crackling of a fire. I continued. That fire definitely wasn't a camp fire I heard things collapsing, explosions and shouting from within. That's when I realised, it was the village, burning to the ground. Kan was stood watching as the village was burning. I snook around the back and into the village. The dojo was still standing. I entered. Everything was burning. I looked around, my new red katana was lying on the floor. It wasn't burning either. I picked it up and ran back outside.
"Good..." I said while laughing.
I saw Kan stood by the main building. He was looking directly at me."Fancy seeing you here!" He shouted.
"I thought you would've been crying by Shuya still" he continued.
"It's no use talking to a dead person. They don't make me laugh as much as you just did then" I said.
"I bet you hate me. It's great. I enjoy being hated, it makes the fight more interesting" he said, loading his gun.
I pulled the scabbard of the sword, the blade shined in the moonlight.
"I really thought you were joking when you said you were just deceiving us. I guess I'm a fool for thinking that. You're evil. Nothing else" I said.
Shouting, I ran towards him, my blade pointing forward. He shot a few times, with my look I only got shot in the arm. I dodged the rest. I pierced right through him with my sword. Blood running down my blade and onto the floor. I felt relieved once again. The torture came to an end.I returned to the city after that. No one even realised it was me, I could live in peace. Well, until my feelings got the better of me by the neck, killing it as a result.
