Raphael, You Made Me Cry.... (Book 1)

Naomi...

(Raphael POV)

We all sat in the dojo, completely shocked. I was the most out of all of us. Naomi had whooped my shell... Just like she had a hundred times before. But she was gone. Glitch told us we would never find her again.

"Guys...?" Mikey asked, his blue eyes worried.

"Raph?" Leo said, looking at me. "You saw that, right?"

"Naomi's fighting style," I nodded, breathing a little hard. "Yeah..."

"But she's gone." Donnie added. "Like Julie, Mikito, and Sophie."

"We agreed not to say their names!" Leo snapped harshly at Donnie, his blue eyes glaring at him. Donnie shrunk down, and Leo sighed, his shoulder sagging. "But from what I heard from you two, that Shade-Demon thing said they're gone."

"They are," I said. "But in different forms."

"So this might be Naomi..?" Donnie asked hopefully.

Leo paused, thinking this over before nodding curtly. "Meaning she'll know the other three."

"But she won't talk," Donnie observed. "Not to us at least."

"More like, not to Raph," Mikey smiled. "She hates him."

"Which is weird because Naomi liked you before," Leo smirked at me. That bi bastard... Always jealous of Naomi whenever we were alone. But that was six months ago... Naomi and the girls have been gone for five.

"She'll just have to warm up again," I muttered, crossing my arms. "Like she did last time."

"She didn't warm up, Raph. She stuck to you like glue last time."

Leo had a point. I slouched my shoulders and growled lowly. he was always observing Naomi's and I's behavior before. He was sometimes so oblivious that Sophie had been around that she wanted some time with him. And, now because this Naomi was back, he wasn't about to stop observing.

"So what do we do?" I asked finally. "Make her tell us where the other three are?"

"And risk being never trusted again, are you crazy?!" Donnie exclaimed. "I want Julie back, and forcing information out of Naomi isn't going to help!"

We just stared at Donnie. This outbursts were starting to become more frequent with the passing months. At first, he was a hollowed shell. Always looking toward his lab door when we passed like Julie was walking in smiling like she always did. Then he started getting mad like the entire thing was his fault. Now he's calmed down enough to just have these outbursts every now and again. At first we were worried, but we all eventually started getting used to it.

"Donnie's right," Leo nodded. "We have to try and talk with Naomi nicely."

"How?" I asked. "She'll snap at anything we say. She's got some attitude, and for once I'm going to admit it's worse than mine."

"We won't pressure her, if that's what you're saying," Leo glared at me softly. Then he turned to all of us. "We'll just start with simple questions that will make her feel comfortable. For instance, her closest friends, who she hangs out with, and who she doesn't like."

We all nodded. It seemed alright. Nobody would complain about answering to your closest friends. "She'll think of us as stalkers or creepers," I sighed, putting my forefinger and thumb against my eyes. "She's got a bad attitrude, Leo."

"She'll have to deal with it." Leo growled. "Besides, you're asking the questions, Raph."

"What?!" I shouted. "Why me?!"

"She's Naomi," Donnie said. "If she ever does remember, you're the first one she's going to go to."

I sighed, looking at the ceiling. The sunlight was starting to waver, meaning it was starting to get dark. And we'll have the chance to go topside. "Fine, but I'm not asking till tomorrow..."

"Uhm, guys?" Mikey's voice finally sounded. He was at the dojo entrance and he looked worried. "Naomi isn't here..."
