I Love Being Back

(Naomi POV)

After I woke up, It took a few seconds to figure out what had really happened. I remember the pain of mutating and then the memories came back.

First I remembered that I died... It was painful and I wasn't expecting it beforehand for once. So when it happened, I knew that Raph would be hurt.... Which he was.

Because he kept kissing me. I didn't mind because I did love him and I was back to my original self.

I managed to sit up a little, which was a little uncomfortable because of the clothes. This is why I never wore clothes beforehand. So I just took the shirt off.

It felt good to have my skin bare. But Raph smiled softly and drug me off the table down into his lap. I blushed. He smiled at me and kissed me again.

Smiling into the kiss, I wrapped my good arm around him. He breathed out and reached for my tail.

"Mmm," I said, shaking my head and pushed his hand away. I pulled back and chuckled softly, "I know you miss me and the tail, but I'd like some time to heal you know."

He looked a little disappointed, but he knew I was right and he was grateful he had me alive.

"All right," he said softly. I kissed him again and stood up. He helped me by holding my hips. "But I can still hold you."

"You just don't wanna loose me again," I smirked as I read his mind.

He chuckled and nodded, "Basically."

Raph stood up and wrapped me close from behind, setting his head on my shoulder. I smiled and set my head on his and set my hands over his. "The guys are gonna make fun of you for standing like this with me."

"I don't care," he smiled, kissing my shoulder. "It's just a relief to have you back to your normal self..."

"So you wouldn't mind the guys watching now?" I said.

That's when the snickering started and Raph looked up and growled. I swished my tail, chuckling. Donnie, Leo and Mikey were at the entrance, snickering at us.

Raph let go of me and stomped up to them, "You'd do the same thing if the other girls came back!"

Others.... I thought. Julie, Soph, and Cindy, or Mikito... I know that they would skin me alive if they knew I was the one that drug them along to be human with me. Julie knew it was gonna happen, but Mikito and Sophie didn't....

I sighed and went to my room. The familiar space made me immediately comfortable. Closing the door, I put the top corner of the dragon poster back and touched the snout of the flat surface.

The dragon was a picture of Topaz. Julie had one of Shol in her room. Topaz didn't give it to me, but I knew that if anything happened and she left, I could call her from this. But she probably won't come without Shol....

When I stopped, I sighed and backed up. Then I took off my jeans and swished out of tail, stretching out. I'm surprised Raph hadn't noticed I was gone yet. It made me smile because he did say he wasn't going to let go of me.

Looking at my closet, I saw the mask and wrappings. I was confused because Glitch took my body, so unless he gave the mask and stuff back, I'm not sure how they got here.

But I grabbed my mask of the hanger and looked at it, smiling softly. I missed this thing. It showed my hardships that I've been through. Shredder's attack on my bandana end and Karai's sword attack across my eye, but only nicking the top of the mask.

I couldn't put it on with one hand so I flicked my tail in annoyance. Right then the door opened and Raph came in, closing the door after him. He seemed to like my room better than his own as well, but he didn't stay in it when I was gone and human.
