A few weeks into the school year I've found a strange anomaly. Girls don't hang out with guys. Apparently I'm the only girl at this school who doesn't see how petty and vindictive most teen girls are. So not only am I the new girl, I'm also the only senior girl who hangs out with a bunch of guys, only one of them being in my grade.
Speaking of Jason and I have started hanging out more. Not that we talked or had much to do with each other but we sat in silence, him on his phone me scribbling down whatever I could think of. Both of us enjoying the other loners presence. Though something seemed off about him, to perfect to be a loner, nothing like me.
