There was silence at the Malfoy Manor, the first dinner back was going painfully slow. Mr Malfoy was glaring at his niece.
"So," Narcissa said breaking the awkward silence. "How is Quidditch Draco?"
"Fine." Draco answered quietly.
"Good." Narcissa smiled.
"Your exams going alright?" She added.
"Yeah."
"Evangeline dear," Mr Malfoy started. "Could I know who you want for your party, Daphne and Sophia again. I presume?" He glared at her.
"Actually no, I'd rather invite Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and Harry Potter." She hissed.
"EXCUSE ME!" Lucius roared.
"Calm it, Lucius." Narcissa growled.
"I'm sorry I thought you knew I'm a blood traitor, I thought Dracie-poo cleared that crap up a while ago!" Evana shrieked.
"How dare you speak like that under my roof! We have raised you since you were 11. I expect you to be grateful!" Lucius snapped, standing up.
"Oh I'm grateful, that you will never except me for who I am, pressure me to be a Slytherin!" Evana screamed standing up too, not that it made a difference.
"You're a blood traitor, an disgrace! Get out of my house!" Lucius Thundered.
Evana laughed. "Happily." She threw her wand into the air, Gold and red shot everywhere making the house a frenzy. "I'm not coming back."
She ran to her room, and stuffed all her things in a tiny bag, she shrunk it all. Zander hissed when she put him in his cage.
"Sorry, bub we're leaving and never coming back." Zander purred as she fed him some treats. "Let's go. I better Owl Sirius."
Evana rushed into Draco's room, and took out Bolt the owl, she grabbed a quill and parchment.
Dear Uncle Sirius Black.
I've decided to leave the manor, well Lucius decided for me. I need a place to crash. Can I stay yours? If I can't I'll go to the Weasleys and stay there, but I'd rather stay with family. I'm taking this really hard. Lucius, Draco and Most Cissy are people I have loved and trusted for eternity. I feel like an embarrassment. What will Grandmother say. I've already been disowned from the Malfoys.
Always, Evana
She scrawled, tears rolling down her cheeks. She sped across to her room and put her small bag in with Zander, she started full on crying.
"Evana, don't go." Draco frowned coming into the room.
"I have to." Evana sobbed. "It'll all work out."
"I'm sorry." Draco whispered.
"It was meant to be, I never felt like one of them. Draco I must go. I love you Dragon." Evangeline smiled and hugged her cousin.
"I love you too Evana." Draco smiled. Evana ran down the stairs holding the cage in one hand her wand and broom stick in the other.
"Bye Cissy." She hissed, and she ran.
Days passed and Evana hadn't got a reply. She spent her days walking into muggle shops and flirting her way into getting free food.
"Evana!" Cried a voice Hermione!
"Hermione! Am I glad to see you. They've disowned me." Evana frowned.
"Sirius said he was going to pick you up?" Hermione asked.
"Yeah, I don't know."
"Well I'm going to the Weasleys wanna come?" Hermione smiled.
"Yes, please, will your folks mind?" Evana grinned.
"Not at all, let's go!" Hermione laughed taking Evana out of the shop.
