Chapter 9:

I am Janine, I started all the lies.

I am mairan, I got sick of my life that I wanted out so much.

I am francis, I fell in love so deeply I can feel myself drowning in it.

I am ciel, I fell in love so much that I got trap in my own webs.

I am mico, I can feel the blossoming love inside me.

I am Charlie, I fell in love with her long ago, yet this love is still growing each second.

I am carlos, when I met her, I knew that my heart would never settle down without her.

I am liam, I got poisoned by love and could no longer think on my own.

I am kiella, I fell in love long ago yet until now I could not get the one I love.

I am nina, I fell into the webs of different spiders and could no longer get out.

“what are you doing here france?” tanong ni Janine while playing on her piano.

“I was just enjoying the view! Yan na ba yung song na ipre-present mo tomorrow sa recital?” tanong ni france.

“no, that was just warm up! Do you want to hear it?” tanong ni Janine. “my new song?” dagdag nito.

“nah! I think it will be more exciting if I don’t hear it now!” naka ngise nitong tugon.

“anyway, have you seen my sister? She seem to wonder off again!” worried nitong tugon.

“nag papahangin lang yun! You know how much she hates this place!” malambing nitong tugon.

“well, mauna na muna ako ha! See you later france!” tugon ni Janine bago umalis.

“well, dadating mamaya yung designer ng dress mo! Then may ime-meet ka yatang lalaki mamaya!” tugon ni france.

“that’s normal! Alam mo yan, right?” tugon ni Janine sabay ngite ng malungkot.

“this is our destiny, me and my sister’s. This is our destiny as valdez successors!” tugon ni Janine sabay akyat sa kwarto niya.

“how is she?” tanong ni liam.

“she’s in her room. Nandito na ba yung designer?” tanong ni france.

“yup! Nasa loob na rin sina tito.” Sagot ni liam.

Naunang pumasok sa loob sina liam at france. Nakita ng dalawang lalaki ang parents ni Janine at ang kapatid nitong si mairan. Naka upo ito ng maayos like a proper lady, but they know the truth about mairan’s personality. Nandoon na rin ang designer nito at isang lalaking hindi nila kilala, but they think isa itong magaling at mayaman na businessman.

“good evening tita, tito!” bati ni france at liam.

“good evening boys!” tugon ni Mrs. Sandra ng mahinhin.

“good evening tita!” naka ngiteng tugon ni liam.

Pag upo nila ay dumating na rin si Janine from her room.

“good evening mother, father, mairan, liam, france and mr. yamamoto rico!” tugon nito ng naka ngite sabay bow ng maayos.

“good evening ms. Janine!” sagot nito sabay bow in return.

“well, it’s nice to meet you ms. Janine. I’ve heard many good things about you!” tugon nito.

“well, I think it’s time for me to check the dress on my own!” naka ngiteng tugon nito.
