19: New Beginnings

"Alisha do you mind helping me?" Daff approached me.

"No problem." I got up from my chair and continued to follow him.

"I am recording clips for the next music video and I was wondering if you could control this camera for the show?"

"Sounds good to me." I took the handle holding the camera. The huge steady device was surprisingly easy to maneuver.

"Please don't mess with the filters or the settings because I have them perfect right now and the show is about to start in three minutes." With that Daff grabbed a box of cables and left.

We had just arrived in Jönköping about an hour ago and we were already having a concert this afternoon and another concert in Norrkoping later tonight. The life of being in a band was quite exhausting, although it looks all fun because everyone know you and adores you that is only a small portion of the job. There is so much planning behind the scenes.

"Hello everyone! Who is ready to get this party started?!" Felix shouted to the crowd. "We have a special treat for you guys tonight." Felix leaned down to graze some reaching hands and I turned the camera on to begin recording. "Would any of you out there like to hear a new song?" The crowd started to cheer unbelievably. "We present, It's Time To Make A Wish!"

Felix then turned around and walked back to join the other boys and them all continued performing.

The boys played through all of their songs and ended with an interview on stage and we headed to the next town.

This concert there were only more fans and louder cries.

"Hello beautiful." Omar said to a fan and leaned down and kissed her hand. "Thank you all for coming!" He shouted and the girls went insane. Omar was pulled by the arm from a couple of some fans and swallowed whole.

"Oh God! Oscar!" I leaped towards Omar and with the help of a police officer and Oscar we were able to get him back on our side of the fence.

"Be careful kid! stay close to the middle please."

Omar nodded stirred up from the craziness. "Are you ok?" I asked him.

"Yea, haha the fans are crazy excited."

"Yes they are! You be careful." The five of us headed inside the building to play another show.

"Hey we haven't talked all day." OG told me as we were all in the dressing room.

"I know, Daff has kept me busy behind cameras for your music video."

"Do you want to come on stage with us?"

"No thanks, it's your show. Your fans pay to see you not me." I told him with a positive smile on my face.

"Time to line up guys." Daff said fixing Felix's hair before they left. "Last show tonight let's make it count."

"Well, we will talk after ok? I promise you have my full attention on the whole ride home." OG told me with a smile.

"Alright." He always knew what to tell me to put me in a good mood. "Have fun!"

We touched knuckles and he left into the bright abyss of the stage.

They began singing and dancing and I found myself alone behind the curtains. It was true, their music was quite catchy. I began dancing all to myself. The Link Up began to play, My arms raised and lowered, my stomach shifted and my shoulders followed as the music played. I became consumed in my own private world of dance. Busting out these moves helped me relieve some of my anger from earlier. My spirit was soon lifted by the time they had played their songs; I had lost count of how many they played.
