Alpha Female

Chapter 2

Pearls POV
Myself and Clara had arrived at Edinburgh airport yesterday and we traveled through the night to arrive at the Scottish highlands where there was forest and open spaces with very few people around. We had purchased a manor located inside the woods no doubt werewolves once lived here yet there were no long lying scents on the ground so no other werewolves have been here for years. This worked very well for us as it meant we could shift without fear of being seen by the locals as the town is on the port well away from the forest. "Hey Pearl don't we need jobs" asked Clara worriedly as we put our stuff in the rooms we wanted.
"We need to mark borders before we can worry about jobs there are no other packs in Scotland yet I'm sure there are other packs in England and Wales" I said. "Good my wolf needs to stretch her legs after being cramped for the whole time since I left the pack yesterday and that reminds me. We need to cut our ties to the Shadow Vally Pack" Clara said and I nodded which then set the stage for us to cut our ties which we did.

"Come on let's go for a run then" I said and walked outside the manor and towards the woods and stripped out of our clothing before shifting into our wolves. "Hey I think I've gotten bigger" Clara said through the mind link so I turned my attention to her dark brown wolf which is now the size of a male beta. "Your a Beta" I asked her as we locked eyes but I could see she was looking up to look me in the eyes. "And your an Alpha your fur is midnight black" Clara said to which I trotted over to her to see how much bigger my wolf had gotten and sure enough I was now the size of an Alpha. "What's going on" I asked my wolf. "Why do you think you always hated the Luna title it's because you have alpha blood which in females is dormant unless they are trained and in those who aren't trained their alpha comes out when they turn 18" Amber spoke smoothly with a new authority lacing her words.

It all makes sense now as I mulled over my thoughts I turned towards Clara to see she had a similar conversation with her wolf about being a beta. "Right come on time to mark us some territory" I growled without it being threatening. "Yes Alpha" she growled back and with that we set off. We ran for miles creating a vast expanse of territory with the manor situated at the centre of the territory and just as we were marking the last few miles to make it a closed circuit I pick up on the scents of around 20 werewolves so we followed the scent. Following the scent we came to another clearing where their were exactly 20 she wolves in human form sobbing I had a feeling I knew what from. "We're going to walk out calmly and shift to talk to the wolves I have a feeling I know why their crying" I spoke to Clara through our mind link. She nodded her head in understanding so we walked into the clearing minding our own business and drank from the stream before shifting and facing the other wolves.

"Oh no I thought we weren't on anyone's territory their going to take us back to their mates" one whispered. "I assure you we do not have mates we were rejected we have just recently set up our territory I am the Alpha Pearl Scarlet and this is my Beta Clara Bell, our mates used us and then rejected us" I said calmly. "Then why don't you seem to feel the pain of rejection" one of the wolves asked. "Because we accepted the rejection and moved away from our mates to here where we can have a fresh start" I said and I saw all of them snap their bonds and I could tell they then felt better as their shoulders sagged in relief. "Alpha may we join your pack as we have no place else to go" asked the nearest wolf to me. "Welcome to the newly form pack called Highland Creak if you would follow us to our manor in wolf form please" I said and they nodded and we all shifted into our wolves and I noticed some of the wolves get bigger as they now we're not suppressed. Myself and Clara finished marking the border and we led our pack back to the manor and picked our clothes up and put them on once we shifted. All of the she wolves had suitcases with them so I told them to find rooms and put their stuff away before meeting us in the living room.

Once they had put away their stuff they entered the living room looking refreshed as they no doubtably took showers while they were in there rooms as they all had on-suite bathrooms. "What do we need to talk about" asked the same female from before. "Well we will need to know your names your skills and if you know of anyone who is a werewolf doctor that is female" I said with authority lacing my words. "My name is Lacey Heart and I have had all the formal training required to become a pack doctor" said a she wolf with blazing turquoise eyes and fiery red hair and a slim build with the right amount of muscles.

"Good I need you to run us all on pregnancy tests in the next two weeks if your mates did what ours did to us" I said almost growling as I mentioned my mate. After the meeting we had all the names of the wolves before us, Alexia Timberland is the 3rd in command she has light brown hair and violet eyes she's just a bit smaller than Clara but is very strong and has been trained as a warrior. Kirsten Lake is now the head warrior she has dark blond hair and ocean blue eyes and has a muscular build that is just right for a head warrior. Lucy McGarden has white blond hair and hazel eyes and has a similar build to Kristen. Wendy RedFox has scarlet hair and mud brown eyes with specks of blue and a warriors build. Anna Marble dirty blonde hair and icy blue eyes with a warriors build. Carla Bluebell has green eyes and black hair with a warriors build. Vicky Andrews has blue eyes white brown hair and a warriors build. Grace Allen has dark brown hair and and brown eyes with a warriors build.

Olivia Garcia has green eyes and blond hair with a warriors build. Katey FairHurst has sliver eyes with ginger hair an a warriors build. Sky Cunningham has light blue eyes and light brown hair with a warriors build. Violet Wilkinson has purple eyes and black hair with a warriors build. Rosie Johnson has red hair and turquoise eyes with a warriors build. Danielle Steel has light brown hair and hazel eyes with a warriors build. Isla Evans has brown hair emerald green eyes and warrior build. The next four are our scouts. Charlotte Kringle has dirty blond hair and hazel eyes with the build of a scout. Holly Miller has brown blond hair and dark blue eyes with a scouts build. Jordan Nelson has a sort cut as well as some of the other wolves. Her hair is dark blond and she has light brown eyes with a scouts build. Lastly Ellie Davidson has Ginger hair and deep blue eyes with specks of green and has the build of a scout. This is now the whole 22 members of our pack
