4 - Feelings?

" Good morning Areum ssi !~~ "

A boy greeted Areum cheerfully and it's obviously Changkyun, the new student. " M-morning.. " Areum said softly.

" Do you mind I walk with you? Since I dont really know the school. " Changkyun said. Areum just nodded her head and they walked together into the school.

They were so silent during the walks. Areum never had a partner or friend to walk together ever since she was kid. A lot of thoughts Areum was thinking inside her head. She keep looking down and didnt dare to look at Changkyun.

She also noticed that everyone (girls) was looking at her with scary faces. But then she felt something warm wrapped around her hand. She quickly responded with that action.

" Woahh are you okay? You seems like seeing a ghost. " Changkyun said,still holding her hand. " Y-your hand.. " Areum said.

" It's not like I want to do so but you keep distance yourself from me . I'm afraid I will lost you. And dont look down all the time. You might crash when someone open the locker. " He giggled.

" Ahh mianhe.. but can you let go of my hand ? " Areum asked , not looking at him. " Nahh, I dont trust you. You might leaving me anytime. Hehehe " He said playfully, still holding her hand.
Something hit her hard after he saying that.

Why he so.... What make me special to him?

They were in art class and the teacher is explaining something infront. The students were so focused on the teacher but not to Areum. She kept thinking about the new boy. Somehow she wanted to ask him why he wanted to be friend with her.

Is it he is an angel or what? ,Areum thought while looking at the teacher blankly.

She was on her own world when someone poke her shoulder. It was Changkyun. He face seems bored hearing the teacher explaination.

" Are we gonna listen to her until the end of the class ? " He sighed. Areum feels tickled inside, but she dont know what is it. Areum just shrugged her shoulders to him.

He ruffled his hair and turned to the teacher back, with his bored face.

" Okay class , I hope you take note what I'm saying just now. It is important topic and always come out in exam. You may go recess. Class dismiss. " The teacher said, followed by the bell ringing.

" Yes finally. God this class is so boring. " Changkyun mumbled. As he done packed his things, " I'll be waiting outside. " He said to Areum.

" Huh? " She widen her eyes. " Why? I want to have a lunch you. Cant I ? " He said. Areum felt something running on her vein.

What happen to me? Why I feel my body so hot?

" If you dont want to, it's okay. See you in math class later. " He said and left her alone in the class. Areum just looking at Changkyun, slowly fading in her eyes.

Changkyun POV

After having my lunch, I decided to go to the next class earlier. On my way to the class, a group of girls came to me. Urghh why are they so annoying?

" Changkyun oppa! Finally you are alone! " " Yeah, why are you always with that weird girl ? " " Dont you know she is little bit.. crazy? "

I furrowed my eyebrows. Are they talking about Areum?

" What make you girls think she is crazy ? " I asked. Somehow my heart is burning.

" If you want to know more about her, you need to be with us, always. " One of the girl said.

Well, I really wanted to know more about her. I'm gonna agree with them that she is kinda bit different from other girls. That makes me want to be friend with her. Besides, I am her guardian.
