"I'm home!" I hollered, dumping my bag on the sofa as I made my way to the kitchen.

"Hey Hun, how was school?" My aunt asked. She was currently kneeding a big bit of dough with flour on the counter. Her blonde hair was tied up in a loose ponytail as her delicate hands kneaded and flipped the dough.

"It was fine thanks, work?" I asked, manuevring past her to reach into the cupboard and pull out a nutrient bar.

"Same old honey, do me a favour and grab the cookies out the oven." She continued to batter the big slab of dough.

I went over to the oven, grabbing the oven gloves off the hook and bent down and opened it, a waft of fresh cookies and heat blasted my face.

Yum.

I looked down at the big batch of cookies on the tray in my hand and then at the big slab of dough she was kneeding exasperated. "Gee woman, how much cookies are you planning on making?"

She looked at me over her shoulder and grinned, "There for Mrs Layton across the street," she continued to kneed, "her grandchildren are visiting tommorow so I thought I'd do a friendly deed and bake them some cookies." She smiled to herself.

I placed the tray down on the counter and walked over to her. "You're such a nice person auntie pantie, it must just run in the family." I flung my arms around her shoulders and kissed her on the cheek.

"Yeh right." She elbowed me in the ribs, "get off and grab me a container out the cupboard."

I laughed and gave her genuine peck on the cheek before doing as I was told.

"So we have a new coach." I said placing the container next to the cooling tray of cookies.

"Really? Who?"

"Yeh, coach wood, he's a retired Olympian."

She looked over with wide eyes, "Wow, that school sure doesn't hold back. What's he like?"

I contemplated that. "Well my first impressions were that he was a bit too good looking and really shit scary, but in the coach department I'm excited to get to work with someone who knows the ins and outs of the whole shabang." I said walking over to lean on the counter next to her.

She tapped my nose in reprimand with a flour covered finger, "Language," she scolded.

I grinned, "Sorry."

"Well I'm glad you get to work with an olympian, its great." She wiped her hands on a towel then turned and kissed me on the cheek, she then went over to grab a bag of choc chips out of the cupboard. "Crap!"

"What's wrong?"

"I'm out of choc chips." She turned round with a bag of raisins instead, "guess they will have to do with raisin cookies."

I wrinkled my nose, looking at the bag with distaste. "No one likes raisins, it's alway devastating when you think it's chocolate chip muffins but turns out its raisins." I sighed, "it's a sad moment." I looked at her pointedly, "You will devastate them."

"Well tough, raisins are healthy, I'm doing those kids a healthy favour." She nodded resolutely.

I laughed, "Your giving them cookies, raisins or not, you definitely aren't doing them a healthy favour."

She narrowed her eyes and chucked a raisin at me, but I ducked before it hit me.

Gads, I really hate raisins. "I will take that as my que to leave."

"Yes, get out of my kitchen."

I laughed and messed up her hair on the way past, making the ponytail ten times looser and hair stick up everywhere, she grabbed the towel and tried to whip my ass but I ran out the kitchen before she could laughing.
