A/N:

Hey guys sorry for late update. I was super busy (and tired) last night. So yeah here is chapter 10. I highly reccommend listening to the songs Let Her go by Tyler Ward (cover), Hold On by Colbie Calliet, Say Something by A Great Big World, Human by Christina Perri, Unconditionally by Katy Perry, and Who You Love by John Mayer for this chapter. That was my playlist and it just made my writing flow brilliantly :) I hope you guys like this chapter. I tried to make it emotional but it might have failed lol. So yeah... vote comment etc. Luv ya my little cuppycakes.

P.S. the song Louis sings is Who You Love by John Mayer ft. Katy Perry. Check it out, it's a wonderful song. I love it.

Harry P.O.V. -

Oh god. Oh god. Dear god, what have I done. "Louis?" I choked out his name. He didn't respond that time. "Louis!" I wailed as I scrambled over to his body. "Louis, wake up! Wake up, GOD DAMNIT! Louis please, oh god what have I- what am I- Louis!" I pleaded desperately as a torrent of hot tears streamed down my face. I shook his limp body, trying anything to force him into consciousness. Phone, phone, I need to... to call. My thoughts were foggy and my hands quaked in panic as I hysterically searched for a cell phone.

"Harry is everything okay?" a voice called from below: Mum.

"MUM, HELP! OH GOD HURRY PLEASE!" I screamed as I beat my fists into my curls. My mom appeared in my doorway in less than five seconds.

"Harry what- oh my god," she gasped, covering her mouth with her hands when she saw Louis. "Harry, what have you done?"

"Mum, help him please! I don't know what to do! I can't... I didn't mean- I-" I hyperventilated.

"Harry, right now I need you to shut up and phone the ambulance." I nodded as she began to work CPR on Louis. My trembling hands carefully dialed the number.

"999 what's your emergency?" the lady asked calmly.

"My...my friend he's... he's hurt oh god I don't think he's breathing. Please help us. My mum... she's doing C-CPR. He can't die; it will be all my fault, please hurry!" I shouted at the lady.

"Alright, sir, please calm down. Tell me the address of your location and the name of your friend."

"His name is Louis Tomlinson; we're at 784 Urban Road, Apartment 1B," I managed to tell her. After she promised me they were on their way, I hung up the phone and sobbed into my palms as my mother struggled to keep Louis alive. I couldn't bear to look at his broken body. Not when it was I who had caused him to look like a beaten rag doll.

When the ambulance finally arrived, they secured his neck and placed him on a gurney. I wasn't allowed to ride to the hospital with him because I wasn't immediate family. Once they left, I was left alone in the cold darkness of my room. The silence was enveloping my senses and I was becoming numb to the world. Blood cascaded elegantly among the floorboards like a Picasso canvas. My favorite lamp lay shattered on the floor where Louis had finally fallen. The blankets were scattered among the room. The clothes, ironically, were still in the same neat pile they had been earlier tonight. Slowly, I crawled towards them on my hands and knees. I collapsed as I reached the pile and pulled Louis's shirt close to me. Taking in a deep breath, sure enough it smelled like him. It smelt of coffee and early mornings and peppermint. A pain in my chest exploded that was worse than any physical wound I'd ever endured. Curling up around the shirt, I sobbed once more.

"Harry," a gentle voice soothed. Blinking away the tears, I opened one eye to see my mother kneeling beside me. "What happened?"

"I don't... I don't..." I swallowed.
