If I was a dude, I'd snatch myself up tonight. I felt like getting a bit sexy and having fun tonight. After Beck convinced me to have fun, I decided that I needed the break. I would rather hang out with Zeus and see him smile at the television, but I needed friends.

My dress was extremely tight, making my legs feel as if they'd burst.

I wore a long slick black dress that hugged my body in all the right places. I chose wear my high black slim heels. I knew they'd have my feet dying at the end of the night, but I didn't care. I had put my hair into a high bun and did a dark look for my makeup.

I had to accessorize with my pearl earrings, diamond necklace and silver bracelet. I sprayed on some perfume and headed into the living room. The girls were all ready to go. We exchanged compliments and were on our way to the party.

Tisha was being petty, so she refused to sit next to me. Oliver offered to sit with me and it made me feel a little better about my rejection.

Once we arrived to the house, where the party was we could already hear the loud music. Mini pools were in the front yard, with half naked girls splashing around in them.

"This doesn't feel like a sorority at all." Zara sarcastically mumbled.

It honestly felt like the movies when you went to a party and there was drugs, hot people and dancing. As soon as we opened the door it was lit up with neon colours.

This girl at the door gave us bands, necklaces or jackets that were neon. I took a jacket, because it was a little chilly inside and it was easier to find than a band or necklace. Since I was the only one with logical reasoning in the bunch, they either took a band or necklace.

"I'm going to get a drink, come with me!" Heather yelled over the loud music. She grabbed my hand and we had to push past the large group of girls. She held onto me pretty tight and I did as well. I didn't want to lose any of the girls while we were here.

"Is the punch spiked?" Heather asked the chick, who was scooping up the drinks. The girl nodded and Heather took two drinks. She handed me one, but I refused.

"Can't breastfeed with alcohol in my system!" I shouted to her. She shrugged, "More for me." She chugged the drinks and got another two.

"Slow down." I warned her and she just waved me off. I rolled my eyes and instantly knew that I was going to be the designated driver and the babysitter.

We went looking for the girls, but we had only saw Zara, who was on the dance floor. She pumped her fists into the air and had a drink in her other hand. The girls cheered her on as if she was the best dancer ever.

I laughed, taking a seat to witness her dancing. Heather saw some girl that she thought was pretty and had dumped me.

When Zara noticed me she waved and came over, sweating. "Oh my gosh, my makeup is sweating. Come with me to find the bathroom." She grabbed my hand and dragged me through the crowd.

Once again, I was being dragged around to go somewhere with someone. Of course, since it was such a cliche thing, the bathroom was upstairs. Where a bunch of people were probably getting it on in the locked rooms.

I sat on the toilet, waiting for Zara to fix her makeup. "The crowd out there is so sick!" She gushed, patting her neck with tissue. "One second I was dancing with this girl and the next I was in a dance off."

"Sounds like fun." I dryly said. She looked at me and frown. "You're here to have fun, not be a party pooper."

"I'm sorry if a bunch of girls, carrying on worse than guys isn't my scene." She grabbed my hand and once again dragged me downstairs. We went looking for Oliver, who we found playing air hockey with some girls. I stayed with Oliver, because so far she was the only sane one, to me.

I scanned the room looking for Tisha, since I hadn't seen her since we had split up. The girls were cheering so loud around me, it was hard for me to concentrate.

A few rounds later of watching Oliver play her stupid game, she got bored and urged me to come dance with her. She literally lifted me up and carried me to the dance floor. One second we were just swaying our hips and moving to the beat. The next she was grinding on me with all her effort and strength.

"Loosen up." She whispered in my ear and placed my hands on her hips. I don't know if she thought I was turned on or something, but I really wasn't. As far as I was concerned only guys turned me on. Often I found my mind drifting off to Beck.

I wondered if he was with Samantha. I mean, his mom would probably be happy to know he had a girlfriend that was white and wasn't black. I wondered if Zeus was actually having fun and not crying the whole time.

The music stopped and everyone had separated. Some girl was standing in my way and she was blocking my view. I tip toed to see what was going on with the music. That's when I saw Tisha making out with some chick in the corner. I groaned, realizing she was cheating on Dave, again.

"Can we talk?" Oliver asked and I nodded. She led me up the stairs, where I followed, still looking back at Tisha.

Oliver reached out and intertwined our hands. She tried to open the doors and majority were locked. Except for the owner's room. We slid in and we both sat on the bed.

"I want to apologize for being such a bitch to you, when we were in high school." She sighed. "You were just so amazing. My boyfriend liked you, my friends liked you and I just got jealous."

She held a frown on her face. I never would've expected for Oliver to apologize to me about something that happened almost a year ago.

"I liked being your friend and I'm glad we're inching our way to friendship." She looked up at me and smiled, placing her hand on my knee.

"I'm glad too." I replied with a genuine smile. "I just think you allowed your jealousy to control you. But, I forgive you and I hope we can work whatever this is out."

"Can we hug?" She asked and I laughed at how scared she sounded. I embraced her in my arms and wrapped her arms around me tightly. It felt good to finally let whatever we had between us die. It was like we were on a fresh new sheet.

We separated and silence fell. She moved closer to me, now inching her hand onto my thigh. Suddenly, she stood up and went to the door. I was going to stand up and follow her, but she locked the door and kicked her heels off.

"What are you doing?" I curiously asked. She placed her finger on her lips and walked slowly to me.

She unzipped her dress and had let it slide down her pale body. Her hair swayed with every move she made as she looked at me, intensely. She bent down and cupped my cheek. Gradually, the space between us got smaller and smaller. So small that we were breathing on each other.

"You're so sweet." She pressed her lips on mine and pulled away. In shock I wiped my lips and shot up.

What did she think this was?
