"When do we go get candy! I want candy!"
      Roy looked up from his list of kids. "In a minute I promise. All we need is James."
      Johnny furrowed his brow as he recounted the number of kids. "There's only five kids here Roy" "Uh oh we lost someone" Roy said turning to try and locate the missing child while the group of girls groaned.
      "Of course it would it would be one of the boys to get lost first. Now we can't start!" Emily whined. Macey sat down on the sidewalk as Rachel stomped a foot. "Don't be such a baby!" Peter snapped back.
"I am not being a baby!"
"Are to!"
"Are not!"
"Are To!"
"Are Not!"
      "Knock it off you two! Or I'll take you home right now" Roy scolded. Johnny jumped at Roy's tone and stared at him wide eyed. Roy walked over to the van they had borrowed from one of the parents and opened the door. James was asleep.
      Johnny felt a tug on his shirt and he looked down to see a doctor staring up at him. Robert. "Excuse me. May we start?" Roy, who came up with James just in time to hear the question, said "Ok. Always stick with one of us adults and stay where you are incase you get lost. Got it?"
      The group of kids nodded and they all started down the sidewalk talking about which house they wanted to go to first. Johnny laughed at the variety of costumes. Emily was Alice from alice in wonderland, Macey a princess, and Rachel as a kitten.
      The boys were dressed based on what they wanted to be when they grew up. Peter was a firefighter like his role model Roy, Robert was a doctor, and James was construction worker.
      "Cute aren't they?" Roy said smiling at the kids skipping and yapping happily. "Yeah they are but Roy... I thought you were mad about having to take care of 'em" Roy looked at Johnny wide eyed. "No of course not! When you take care of kids you learn that time goes by to quickly and you'll never get these little moments back."
"Mr. DeSoto!" Emily inturupted "We want to go to that house first!
