Today is the day I am going to go see my boyfriend for 3 years at his concert. Today is going to be a special day because its our 4 years anniversary.
I have a big surprise for him at the concert which me and the fans only know. So it's going to be difficult to hide it from the boys especially Louis and Niall because they can never kept their mouth shut.
Harry POV
Today Y/N is coming to our hometown concert and also it's going to be our 4 years anniversary.
I was planning on surprising her by asking her to marriage with the fans throwing roses at her. But I don't think that will be ok. I'm just going to ask her to marriage.
I love Y/N with all my heart. I'm ready to have a family with her and be old together and die next to each other like in the movie The Notebook.

Once I saw the text message saying I need to go get food for Niall.
Seriously.
This boy needs to stop being a pig for once.
I'm driving to a burger place which I think Niall likes but if he doesn't he's going have to deal with it.
I take a sharp left turn until I saw a oncoming truck honking his horn at me until I realized he hit my side and it turned to full darkness.
( Harry POV)
Y/N hasn't answered my calls or text. It's been almost an hour. I'm starting to get worried. I think I'm just overreacting. She just probably struggling on what food she should get for Niall.
* Phones ringing*
"Hello?" I said.
" Yes hi is this Harry Styles?
" Umm yes may I ask who's calling" Asked confused.
" We have Y/N here in the hospital, she been in a car accident and I would like if you could come down." Doctor said.
* call ended*
I didn't bother telling Paul I was going to the hospital all I cared about is Y/N hoping she is alive feeling better.
I only told Louis and Liam I would be at the hospital and I will call them to tell them about Y/N.
* At the Hospital*
I walked up to the front desk.
" Y/F/N please" I panicked.
" Room 213 in the 4th floor"
I really didn't bother taking the elevator, I ran quickly upstairs into her room.
The doctor stopped me telling me she is in a critical pain and there is a possible chance she isn't going to make it thru the night.
I walked up to Y/N, she looks so pale and so beaten up. I can already feel my warm tears rolling down my cheek.
" Y/N... Babe please wake up. I need you to be strong for me. I love you so much. I love you to the moon and back. You mean everything to me. I can't see my future without you. I can't bare to see you here not with me. I need you Y/N please... " I said rapidly crying.
" Harry.. I love you too love but I need you to promise me that you have to find love again. Don't worry about me. I will be watching over you and the boys. Ok just promise not to be sad when I'm gone. I will always be with you. You just not going to see me, but it's something. " she chuckled and crying at the same time.
