Chapter 28 - Love Bug

Clary's P.O.V.

I woke up to the sounds of birds chirping and the sun shining in my eyes. I blinked quickly so my eyes could adjust and stretched out my arms and legs. I rolled over in Louis' arms and smiled, I loved how his arms felt around me, they were like my security blanket.

I relived our date in my head, I couldn't stop smiling. It was truly the best date I've ever been on, especially since it was with him. I remember the kiss was slow and soothing but also very hot and sexy too. What had annoyed me though was when we were interrupted by my phone.

Harry was worrying about Damien and why he was sad. I knew why but I just couldn't explain it all so I have to when we get back.

After I had responded to the frantic texts we laid there in a comfortable silence and it was the best thing ever. It felt so right to be in Lou's arms and I don't know if I'll be more comfortable anywhere else. No there was no sex but I liked it. It felt good just being in his arms, I ended up falling asleep to the sound of his heartbeat against my ear and trust me, BEST . SLEEP . EVER!!

I laid there for awhile just staring at his face, and no I was not being a creeper! I was just trying to memorize every feature to his face. his chiseled jaw, the slight curve to his nose, and the stubble forming on his jaw from not shaving.

I sighed at his beauty(corny, I know just shut up :p) but I did it a bit to loudly for he stirred.

His eyes blinked rapidly adjusting to the light and he looked around slightly until he set eyes on me. He pulled me closer.

"Morning beautiful."

"Morning."

"Have you been up long?"

"No not very long."

"Ok. How did you sleep?"

"Great, you?"

"Fantastic." He smiled and kisses my forehead. "I love having you in my arms, love."

"Me too." I smiled and layed my head on his chest again and looked the view of London. "This is perfect, I dont want to leave."

"Me either... Hey love, wou-" He was cut off by my cell ringing. I groaned and answered it.

"Hello?" I asked not so kindly.

"Hey Clary, how was the date?" Niall said from the other line.

"Hi Niall and it was great until you interupted."

"Oh sorry, I was just going to ask you something."

"What do you want?" I questioned.

"FOOD!!" He yelled. "Can you guys go down to Nandos and get me food please!!!" I can just imagine him doing a puppy-dog face at the phone.

I sighed. "Fine, we'll be there soon." Then hung up. "We're going to Nandos to get Niall food and what were you going to say?"

"Nothing." He smile and sat up, pulling me into his lap. "I was just wondering if you'd want to do this again?"

"Absolutely." I couldn't imagine us not doing it again.

"Good, cuz this was the best date I've ever been on, love." He kissed me softly. "And I was wondering... If you'd be my girlfriend."
