*Feeling pretty good about this story. I don't want to say too much but it might be a Peterick. Depending on if I change it around or not. Nothing too bad though, I'd say kissing is the height of it if I do decide to do it.*
P.O.V Patrick
I stared at the T.V, not really paying attention to the cheesy Christmas adverts. I wasn't really looking forward to Christmas this year. Elisa and I had been running around endlessly trying to buy for everyone. I looked over at her as she was sitting next to me. My beautiful wife, she wasn't watching the adverts either and instead was looking at her phone which was flashing every couple of seconds.
"Honey, what are you doing?" I ran my fingers through her hair. She swatted me away and giggled.
"Stop it you, it tickles. I'm texting Pete, he's asking me what you want for Christmas."
I looked back over to the T.V. Nothing interesting was on. Endless Christmas movies on repeat; Nothing I hadn't seen before.
"Well what do you want for Christmas?" Elisa asked, still tapping at her phone.
I didn't really know to be honest. It was only the start of December, I had plenty of time to decide what I want. I adjusted my fedora and had a think about what I wanted.
"Um, I need a new fedora." I muttered. I took my current one off my head and examined it. I wore it for the majority of the Save Rock and Roll tour. It was pretty misshapen. But it had many memories so I've kept it.
Elisa burst out laughing. "You want a.. fedora?" She was wiping tears from her eyes. "The only thing you want for Christmas, is a hat." I gave her a very serious look.
"Indeed." I could only keep a straight face for about two seconds before I joined Elisa in fits of laughter. "Seriously Stump, what do you want?" I generally pondered this for a minute. "I'd like a new cardigan and a new fedora. And maybe some baggier jeans." Elisa nodded. "That sounds reasonable. But I do love your skinny jeans." She winked and looked back at her phone. "Well then get me more." I ran my fingers through her hair again to tickle her.
"You wanna go Stump?" She put her phone in her back pocket and started to tickle me back. We ended up on the floor laughing so hard we had to catch our breath before we could speak again. Not quite a normal adult marriage you might say.
"Anyway, I've got your present sorted." Elisa gasped, still chuckling a bit. "I have your's to collect once it's ready." I got her a ring with the biggest diamond I could find on it and had 'Eternally yours, lucky you.' engraved onto it. I'm making a scrapbook of all our photos and memories too. I know she'll love it, she's always wanted something to look back on. "Ooh, sounds interesting. Anyway I better go collect your present. I want you out of here for awhile so I can get all of it wrapped." I stood up, pulling Elisa up with me. "I'll be going round to Pete's then. See you later babe." I gave her a short kiss and tickled her again before she pushed me away and stuck her tongue out.
--------
I got into my car and drove down to Pete's house. It wasn't too far away so I got there in a good 15 minutes. I texted him on the way to tell him I was coming.
Peter? I'm coming down to yours in like 15 or 20 minutes. Elisa needs me out of the house, so natrually I'm coming to annoy you.
Come on down Trick, I'm not doing anything. I'll get some beer out if ur up for it?
Wouldn't be Christmas without a little beer.
Kk, cu in a minute.
Okaaay!
---------I got out of the car and knocked on Pete's door. I adjusted my fedora again and looked at myself in the reflection of his door. My hair was going brown pretty quickly and I've been growing this new 'winter beard' that the fans are going crazy for. I'll probably shave it soon though, even though it kinda suits me.
Pete answered the door in his pyjamas. "Good morning sir, what can I do for you?" Pete flashed me a smile and tipped an imaginary hat. I decided to play along to this childish game.
"Yes hello, I'm looking for Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz III." Pete blushed a bit when I said his full name.
"Come in Patrick.." He slapped the back of my head playfully, pulling me inside. Pete seemed to have completely redecorated for Christmas. Decorations were everywhere. "Hey Pete? I know this is pretty sudden, but can we all have Christmas dinner together this year?"
"But Joe's Jewish. Would he want to have a Christmas dinner?" I didn't really consider that. I'm sure Joe wouldn't mind. We could spend Hanukkah with him if he wants as well. Oh wait, it's already started this year. November 27th to December 5th I think Joe said. "Hannukah's already started this year. He probably spends it with his family." Pete nodded. "Let's ask him anyway."
I searched for his name in my contacts and rung him.
"Patrick? What's up!"
"Happy Hanukkah! And I wanted to know if you wanted to come hang out with the rest of the band and Elisa, Meagan, Marie if she wants to of course and anyone else Andy wants to bring on Christmas?"
I could hear Joe laughing though the phone.
"I'd love too. Thank you. Anyway I need to go, see you later Patty."
"Later Joe."
I hung up the phone and smiled. "Joe's coming."
*Ugh it's late and I have school tomorrow, I'd love to keep writing. Let me know if you want me to continue this or not. Don't worry, more excitement is coming. And i really really REALLY hope I didn't somehow offend anyone with any of my probably incorrect religious knowledge of Hanukkah.*
