Chapter 7

Hitomi's Pov

Yes, sometimes I do forget to eat. I don't know why! I'm just...boss that way. X)

Anyway, today is when we do this "Survival Training" thing. Kakashi told us we couldn't eat. Which of course reminded me to eat! So I did. Guess what I ate! Apples! :) I also brought hot chocolate with me! XD

I also managed to wake up late again. Ergh, I need to buy a new alarm clock. Merp.

By the time I got to the training grounds Kakashi was talking about a black cat. Why? I don't know. Sakura noticed me and went all rage,"Hitomi-san! Your later then Kakashi-sensei!" I winced at the honorific. I hate those. 

"Yeah, Mi-chan!" said Naruto. A new nickname? AND AN EVEN WOSE HONORIFIC! I twitched.

Kakashi saw my obvious annoyance and smiled,"Hitomi-chan, whats wrong?" I glared at him, but he kept going,"Is something wrong with Hitomi-chan? Hitomi-chan, are you okay? Hitomi-chan, are you angry? Hitomi-cha-"

"SHUT THE HECK UP, YOU STALKER!" I screamed as a vein showed up on my forehead.

He looked at me like I was insane,"Stalker....?"

I closed my eyes, annoyed. "Hurry up and start."

Kakashi rolled his eyes, but still started.

I zoned out, of course. Its just the way he talks so lazily makes me feel tired.

I was shaken out of my thoughts when I heard Naruto yell. Kakashi had a kunai to his head,"I didn't say go."

He released Naruto and said,"Go."

Sasuke and Sakura ran and hid. Are we playing hide-and-seek?

Me and Naruto stood in the clearing, but I was looking around, quite confuzzled.

Idiot, why don't you pay attention, you are suppose to get the bells!

Bells? I looked at Kakashi, and attached to his jacket were 3 bells.

"Oh, thats what we were suppose to do."

I made a hand sign with my right hand. "Shadow Traveller Jutsu." I whispered. (A/N: I know, sucky jutsu name.) I melted into the shadow of a tree. 

I, being in the tree's shadow, and I mean INSIDE the shadow, I like SUNK into it, was watching Naruto and Kakashi fight. 

Kakashi poked Naruto in the butt. "THATS MOLESTING! BAD KAKASHI!'' I screamed. He looked around confused, probably thinking where I was. I smirked, he won't find me, probably.

He then disappeared.

Kakashi's Pov

I just finished with Sasuke and Sakura. Now where was Hitomi? I walked into the same clearing I battled Naruto in. The last time I heard her was here. "Hitomi-chan, come out wherever you are." 

When I said "chan" I felt her chakra waver, she's still annoyed. Hahaha. I sense her chakra...behind me? But, behind me was a tree. 

Then Hitomi's head popped out of the tree's shadow. "Hi there!" she said brightly. I looked at her body-less head. "Is it my turn to fight you?" I asked lazily. She smirked,"Yup." 

She jumped out of the shadow smiling. "Hehehheheh."

I raised an eyebrow. She threw a kunai at me and I dodged. She was still smiling. Not taking this seriously? Well she will now! 

I threw a shuriken at her, which she dodged effortlessly, but there was another shuriken in the shadow of the shuriken and it got her arm.

She looked at her hand and looked surprised at the shuriken sticking out of her arm. "I guess I should take this seriously." she said in a cold voice.
