Shizuo was never put on trial. A couple days after Izaya's visit, Shizuo was let out but not completely free. The police placed a thick tracker on his ankle and told Shizuo that if he took it off, it would signify the police and they would find him and this time he might seriously go to jail. Shizuo had no choice but to follow the polices order even if it pissed him off how they were restricting him.

The anklet would only let him go about 5 miles away from were his home was set. Shizuo was put in a police car and they started driving him, hopefully, to his home where his anklet was most likely set. As the police car was driving Shizuo began to realize that they were leaving Ikebukuro and a panic set in. He madly questioned the two officers in the front seat, asking him where they were going. The police officers gave him no answer, completely ignoring him as Shizuo threw an angry fit in the back seat.

Soon they arrived at a expensive looking apartment complex and the officers shoved Shizuo out of the car. They dragged him through the main door, clicking the elevator to the top floor. Once the elevator doors opened, the men were greeted by a woman with long brown hair and brown eyes.

She had a stoic expression and spoke with a bored tone."Come in," she said, turning to let the trio in.

Shizuo looked at her and felt a wave of familiarity. Something about this woman and the place they were in felt familiar, Shizuo just couldn't tell what it was.

One of the officers went over to talk to her privately while the other stayed next to Shizuo, watching him like a hawk. It was the same officer who had let him out of his cell before and the man still gave Shizuo a dirty look, glaring at him hatefully.

The two apparently finished their conversation and the officers nodded at the woman saying,"We will leave him in your care."

The woman nodded back, watching the pair of officers leave with the same bored expression. She then looked over at Shizuo and the two stared at each other with unreadable expressions.

The woman finally cracked, blinking and turning towards a door behind her."Follow me," she said, opening the door and walking through it.

Shizuo cautiously followed, stepping through the door and looking around with narrowed eyes. The room before might have looked like a living space but this was clearly where everything was happening. The whole space had a dark air surrounding it and Shizuo unconsciously shivered, smelling a very familiar scent all around the room.

"Ah, Shizu-chan! You finally arrived." A certain flea said, making a show of how surprised he was even though the probably knew Shizuo was already here long ago.

The bartender made no move to acknowledge Izaya, just grunting in disgust. He knew there was something familiar about this place, not that he had been here, but Izaya's scent was everywhere; it was repulsive.

"Thank you for bringing Shizu-chan, Namie-san. You can leave now," Izaya in a commanding voice, leaving Namie no room for argument, not like she would.

With Namie out of the room, Izaya could finally turn his full attention to Shizuo, watching as the other man looked around the room with a bored expression. An amused smile reached Izaya's face, the bartender not once staring at him in spite.

"Shizu-chan~" the informant said hesitantly, coaxing Shizuo.

The bartender slowly turned to him, giving him a blank expression but his eyes were full of anger."What do you want. Can't you just leave me alone already, flea." Shizuo growled out, quickly turning feral.

The informant gave him a wide painful smile, trying not to show his own annoyance."This was the only way I could get you out of prison, deal with it."

Shizuo fell down on the informants couch without a care. He huffed out, watching as Izaya walked over to his computer and started working again."Damn flea," Shizuo mumbled under his breath, closing his eyes and quickly falling asleep.
