Kakashi X Reader : You're not Alone

Wake up (filler)

You followed Danzo and Kakashi that night to the Anbu's base. Once you all got there, Danzo directed Kakashi to show you to your room.

You couldn't stop thinking about kakashi's words.

"... Maybe we can have a little fun.."

Thinking about those words made your cheeks turn a subtle pink. What did he mean by fun?
Fun as in race around the village like he does with guy? Or fun as in something else....
You did your best to shake the thought and focus on where you two were headed.

Kakashi didn't speak during the walk to your room. He just kept a very slow pace, and kept his hands in his pockets as usual. When we got to the door, he didn't speak at all. He just causally pointed, gave a half smile, and started walking back to where we came.

"Goodnight." You said quietly. You could hear the subtle pinch of disappointment in your voice. You didn't expect a response.

Kakashi stopped walking and turned to you.

"I'll be here at your door at 5am" he said.

"But Danzo said to meet him at 7am." You said in a confused tone.

"That's cool. I'll be at your door at 5." He responded.

Your heart beat faster as you look as his face while he finished speaking. His eyes were so smiley. You couldn't exactly see his full smile because of his mask, but his eyes were just as wonderful to look at. He turned around to walk away and you couldn't help but watch him leave.

Once he was gone you walked into your room and sat on your bed. You thought about why Kakashi would want to see you so early. Training didn't start till 2 hours after he would be there at your door. It didn't make much sense but you were still excited to see him tomorrow, so you quickly changed and drifted to sleep.

--- time lapse: 5:12 am

"(y/n)" you heard a whisper. "Wake up."

You kept your eyes closed but groggily pulled the covers up over your shoulders and got comfortable. You weren't ready to get up.

After a few moments you felt a poke at your cheek, and scrunched up your brow in disapproval.

"Get up!" The voice spoke louder this time.

You realized now that someone was in your room. You sat up quickly in surprise. It was Kakashi, he was wearing his Anbu uniform without the mask and vest. It showed his body well. Your cheeks became cherry red and you looked away before he could see. You climbed out of bed an addressed Kakashi.

"Why are you in my room!? You scared me." You exclaimed.

"It's 5:15 I told you I'd be here at 5." He said.

You looked at him, his cheeks were slightly flushed, and you wondered why. He was looking at you up and down, and so you looked at yourself as well. You were in your silk night gown. It only came down to the top of your thigh, and it was low cut in the front. You quickly jumped back into your bed and covered yourself.

"Stop that Kakashi!!" You yelled viciously.

He stood for a few moments, looking at you in the bed. Then he took a few slow steps and gently spoke.

"Can I join you (y/n)?" He said gently.

You held your breath and felt your cheeks become warmer.

"NO!" You yelled without thinking.

He stopped moving and looked at your face for a few seconds. He then burst into laughter.

"I was joking! Relax." He said while chuckling.

His laugh was so cute and you Couldn't help but become pouty over the embarrassment.

"Hmp. Well I need to change." You mumbled.

Kakashi nodded, walked out of the room and shut the door while still smiling over the recent reaction he got out of you.

With a slight attitude you walked to your closet and started changing back to your training gear. You fixed your hair and stared at yourself for a moment. Your cheeks were still blushing slightly. You thought about what Kakashi said once more. Maybe you did wish for him to join you, but you were to embarrassed to ever agree. Besides, he was only joking right?
