I continued walking to my class, trying to push the fact that Heath was here at the school, with me. I opened one of the many doors of the huge school and felt my feet walk into my new sociology class. Usually I just ran to the back of the class to duck my head in between the pages of the book, but this time I wanted to stay focused, I still couldn't believe he followed me here.
I thought I cleared everything up when I went to his house. I thought to myself, a young man opened the classrooom door and took a seat beside me. Watching as many other students filed into the class, they took there seats at the back and some who wanted to learn, at the front. A tall man walked in, his golden hair glistened under the lights and his sky blue eyes pierced mine as he walked behind my teacher's desk.
"I'm Mr. Bennet," his eyes still on mine, "I'll be your substitute while Mr. Tote is out." The class grunted in agreement and he looked away from me. I frowned, I better not fall for another professor, it's too early.
Especially since Heath is back.
He told us to open our notebooks as he ran his hands through Mr.Tote's desk. He pulled out a book on sociology and began scribbling all different notes on the board. My pencil point snapped, cracking the near silence of the classroom. I clicked the back of the pencil, expecting lead to shoot out, but no such luck. I looked down at my bag, pulling on one of the zippers to unzip the pouch that held my utensils. I sighed sadly when I had no lead either. All of a sudden a click on the sound of my notebook paper made me look up. A bright yellow pencil was placed ontop of my notebook, the guy beside me had fished one out of his backpack for me. I picked it up and looked over at him, he continued to write as though nothing happened.
"Thanks" I whispered softly to not distract the rest of the class.
"Not a problem." he said, still scrawling on his notebook paper, he cracked a small smile though. It was a goofy grin that complimented him. My horomones were probably raging, because I couldn't stop staring at him until Mr. Bennet cleared his throat. My head snapped in the direction of the sound, my eyes instantaneously flickered to his which were already focused on me. I blushed deeply and continued to copy the notes he went back to. When class finally ended, I rushed to grab my things, if I stayed in here with either men I would've pounced on them. If it wasn't another tousled and ripped blonde guy with blue eyes, then it was a fresh haircut with a silly grin and gorgeous hazel eyes, I couldn't deal with them now. Not even Heath, who was waiting by my classroom door as I exited. I nearly threw up, I wanted to confront him to ask what he was doing here again, but turned in the opposite direction. I didn't want to remember what he put me through, why did he come here.
"Hey Naomi," he said softly, catching my arm. I tugged out of his warm grip and turned to face him with my eyes closed. I licked my lips and opened my eyes to see him staring worriedly at me. "I know you're wondering why-"
"We should just stay out of each other's way." I said a little too fiercely, he seemed hurt but could justify my reasons. "I thanked you for getting me in, that's it." with that I walked away, pushing through the throng of college students coming and going from campus, leaving Heath behind.

I fell against my bed, my roommate Amerie returned when I was about to fall asleep. I looked over at her as I laid in my bed. She shuffled into the room quietly, thinking I was asleep. I was thinking about Heath, I should've let him finish. I could've known why he came back but I probably would'nt see him around since I told him to stay away. My next class was at six thirty, I had a good hour and a half to search for him but I didn't want him thinking I was desperate to get back with him. Infact, I just wanted to know why he was here then I would leave. I also didn't want to leave when it was dark, so now was my best bet. I stood, Amerie jerked in her spot, she was tugging off her shirt and her pants were already strewn to the side of the room.
