Sasuke didn't know what to do when he woke up the other day and Sarada was nowhere to be found.
"Should I mobilize a team to go look for her, dattebayo?!" Naruto asked frantically.
Sasuke raised a brow at the hokage's urgency. He sighed.
"No. It's fine. If Sakura was right, she should be meeting someone we can trust."
Naruto raised a brow.
"Sakura-chan had foreseen this?" He asked.
Sasuke hesitantly nodded.
"Then she should have been able to prevent her death!" Naruto cried out.
Sasuke's serious face was replaced by a sad one, a face he rarely wore.
"We never really knew Sakura, and the problems she had to keep inside." He mumbled, looking up.
Closing his eyes, he remembered, the family he should've had but lost, once again.

Hours of crying made Sarada believe that her tears has dried out. Surprising her that her eyes still had water to spare up until now.
She looked around the forest only to see more trees she had grown tired of seeing after she realized she was lost hours ago.
She sat down, leaning her back on one of the many trees.
She hugged her knees closer and resumed her crying. An action she never really thought she'd do. Ever. But the recent events made her weak to her emotions.
It haunted her. Making her want to make it all end.
She had ended two lives.
One, her mother.
Two, a sibling of hers who was supposed to live a life he/she deserved but will never have because of her.
'You fail as a daughter, and a sister. You don't deserve a life, Sarada.' She thought to herself.
For a moment she froze, thinking back on everything that happened to her life.
Being born to one of the most powerful Clans. Being the child of a very powerful and influential kunoichi.
Her stepfather was one of such ranking too. Though she never really liked him or given him any respect or such due to a reason even she didn't know, she was thankful in a way that his existence didn't deprive her of a father figure.
The lessons her mother had given her when she wasn't busy from the village or clan affairs. Those times where something she treasured as she and her mother had rarely bonded since she entered the academy. Though the lessons soon stopped when her mother had told her that the pace she was taking was dangerous.
She was lucky in a way. People respected her, praised her almost. But she wasn't happy about it. Because she knew that they are giving him credit not because of something she did, but because of her lineage. The irony that the way her life was taking, was the exact opposite of how her mother's went. Or that what she didn't want was what exactly her mother had wanted.
Then the recent one. Her biggest mistake.
But what made her lose control? She wanted to know what had forced her to take the life of two innocent people.
Ahh. Was it that paper? The paper that gave her an idea of who she really is?
She sobbed, then punching the ground beneath her repeatedly until her fists bled.
"What do you think you are doing to yourself?"
The voice behind her seemed to have given her back her sanity. She jumped away and pulled out a kunai from her pouch.
