Sarada's face was of surprise, shock and disbelief. She knows that there wouldn't be any kind of benefit to Indra if he were to lie.
"A jutsu that let's you go back in time?" She asked, repeating her question the third time.
"Yes." Indra answered yet again.
"But how?"
"It's not necessarily a jutsu that will let you go back in time. Rather, it is a jutsu that will take you anywhere you want through magnifying the power of time-space ninjutsu. Meaning, you can go anywhere you want, place or time wise. With the exception of the future." Indra explained.
"That's. . .that's exactly what I need! Tell me how to use it!" Sarada exclaimed, making Indra narrow his eyes at the little girl.
"You don't seem to be considering the risks of this jutsu?"
Sarada's face fell, remembering the death of her mother.
"It's not that I'm not considering, I'm actually aware that these kinds of techniques pose a lot of danger. It's just that. . .I don't see what else I can lose. The only thing that I am so thankful for in my life is my mother. And now that she's gone. . .I-I just think that this is worth the risk. Please. . .teach me how to use it." Sarada explained with a pained expression.
Indra sighed before facing the girl with a stern face.
"Might I suggest that you take a companion with you?"
"Who?"
"That man over there. I feel like he also desires your mother back." Indra answered as he pointed towards the oblivious Sasori.
"That man? Why would he want my mother back?"
"That is something you should hear from him. It's your choice if you don't want to take him. But. . .if you go alone, I won't teach you the technique."
"It depends if he even wants to go."
"If it's alright. I am not against me coming." Sasori suddenly intervened.
'Then it's settled. First, I'll explain the technique further."
"This justu will take you to a place and time that you truthfully desire. You need to think of that one place and moment you want to go to. The scroll is a two-way technique so you can go back. But if the technique of performed improperly or in other words, failed, there is a chance that you will not be able to go back. Meaning if the technique fails there is a risk that you will forever be stuck in the place that you went to. Do you still want to go through with this, Sarada?"
"I thought I told you already Indra-san, I'm sure about this."
"As you wish." Indra nodded.
"So. . .how do you use it?"
"Since you're gonna be doing it with a companion, it'll be a lot more complex. Though, if you have a time-space kind of Sharingan. . .it'll be easier, though I highly doubt that you have one."
"Actually. . ." Sarada trailed off.
"Impossible." Indra muttered.
"I...I hid it from my mother but I activated my Sharingan when I was 8 and I first used my ability when I was 11." Sarada confessed.
"That can't be. . ." Indra muttered, shaking his head.
"Is...is that a bad thing? I...I thought it would be easier that way?" Sarada asked in worry.
"No. It's...it's nothing. Nevermind. It's just that...It's a rarity." Indra dismissed.
'This girl...is just like her mother. In terms of power.' He thought before explaining the process of performing the technique.
"Since you apparently have the ability to use time-space ninjutsu, it means that you are already familiar with how to use it. This time, imagine using it on a greater scale. Use the scroll as a leverage. Instead of using your sharingan, use the scroll. Take it with you along with anyone who's touching it, then travel, to wherever you want to be."
"Is that all?" Sarada asked.
"Sarada, it's not as easy as it sounds. Are you sure you don't want to do this after further trainin--"
"Indra-san...I can't live another day knowing that my mother is dead because of me. I want to...to make everything right as soon as possible."
"I understand...I leave everything in your hands. It will only be up to you whether the jutsu will fail or succeed."
"Thank you, Indra-san."
Sasori sighed before placing his palm atop the scroll.
"Make sure to take me with you." Sasori whispered.
"I will. I don't want to be alone in case I get stuck to wherever." Sarada answered.
"I just hope you know what you're doing." Sasori added.
"Yeah, me too."

Sarada blinked. Once, Twice, Thrice.
She slowly sat up, realizing that she was in the middle of a field. A familiar field actually. But it looked so different.
She glanced around, looking for her companion. But Sasori was nowhere to be found.
***
Indra sighed as he stared at the two bodies before him.
He breathed deeply before whispering.
"It seems that the jutsu failed."
***
Sarada slowly stood up. A little scared and confused.
'I need to reach a town, or a city." She thought. Hoping that once she does, she'll have the slightest idea of where she is.
But man, this field sure is wide. She still can't see any sign of a city but she can see a forest in the distance.
A few more minutes of walking, and she reached the forest. But she just got a lot more lost. She was familiar of the forest back in Konoha so she considered the fact that she might be in a different one. She soon regretted even entering the forest when she had encountered a few beasts.
She guessed that it was almost noon when she felt the atmosphere getting warmer.
She paused from walking when she saw a clearing several trees from where she's standing. She sighed before running towards it, hoping that maybe there are people she can ask from.
She clicked her tongue when she saw that the clearing was empty. Or so she thought.
"Excuse me? Who are you?"
She almost jumped when she heard a voice speak from behind her.
And when she turned around, she can't help but utter two words.
"Well shit."
