"For our presentation." He smirked as he let out a little giggle.

GOD! What was I thinking! I was nervous there for a second. My heart's beating like crazy. "Oh yeah, of co-o-o-urse." I stuttered. "We could start with making an outline for the report I guess..."

I told Dec plans for the report but my head was off somewhere else. Did I want something to happen between Dec and I? I feel comfortable with him. I know I just met him today, but I guess its love at first sight? Before I knew it, I had fallen for Dec.

After giving Dec notes for our presentation, it was time for him to go back to his place.

"Are you sure walking alone to yours?" I asked Dec.

"Aye, I'm fine with it. Goodnight, Ant! Thanks for the day again." He said as he waved goodbye. I closed the door. I would've loved a hug goodbye from him, I thought. Anyways, tomorrow's another day.

I haven't seen Dec around the campus today. I guessed we had different schedules and our only time together will be Psych class which comes every other day. I enjoyed with my classes for the day but I didn't quite feel it was complete.

The next day, I was excited for my Psych class. As I get in the room, the first thing I saw was Dec was sitting on the chair next to me.

"Hey, how's your day?" I asked him.

"Good, same old boring classes." He said, then he smiled, "But this class is the best."

He was interrupted by Dr. Vidia entering the room. She asked the first presenters to report. Their topic was about emotions, the types of emotions and how to differentiate one from the other. I took my time taking in the report. It seemed helpful with my current situation, my feeling for Dec. They finally reached the topic about love. But sadly, it isn't their part to report. It was the next groups. So I guess I'm going to have to wait for that the day after tomorrow.

Dec asked me to hang out with him after classes. I said yes to that, of course. We first went to the cafeteria to grab snacks then we went to the library to get materials for our report.

"I can see why you love the History section in the library," Dec said while going over the silent and empty aisle between shelves of dust coated books. "It's quiet and peaceful."

"Hey, I love the books as well." I giggled quietly. "I love that its quiet here as well. Quiet enough to hear my own thoughts and maybe yours."

"Try me, what am I thinking?" He smirked. God I hate that smirk of his. I melt every time.

"Emmmm, you're thinking...maybe there's a secret room here's somewhere since it's too quiet and secluded?" I guess.

His smirk grew into a grin. "Was I thinking that loudly?"

I laughed loudly and immediately covered my mouth. "No, I guessed. I've heard too much of your Sherlock stories to know that you'd want to live in those stories as well. "

"Well, I'm an indoors kind of person. And a secret room inside the library is still indoors. So wouldn't mind an adventure like that." Dec quietly laughed.

"Enough about that, that adventure will have to wait. Let's go find materials for our report about lies."

"Seems like our topic is too complicated, I mean it's quite difficult to know when someone lies. You have the machines for that. But I guess if you know the person well enough maybe you'd notice eventually."

"You seem to know more about lies, Dec. I guess detective books are really helpful. We might use those for examples." I said jokingly to Dec.

"Would you know if I were lying?" Dec asked suddenly. I knew this question was to come out, so I wasn't surprised.

"I guess?" I said unsure, "How about you Dec, would you know if I were lying?"

"Well, only one way to find out. Let me ask you a question. You ready?

I nodded.

"Are you in single?" Dec started.

"Easy. Yes."

"Next, Are you in love with someone right now?"

"Yes, I think"

"Oh really?" Dec's eyes grew wider.

"Yes I am." I said surely.

Dec smiled, "I'm gonna have to save my next question for later."

"What the hell man. Why?"

"I must know first the signs when someone is lying or not." He laughed. "Or else, asking these questions would be pointless."

"Fine, but next time, I'd like to ask you the same questions."

"Deal." Dec said as we moved out of the history section to go find materials. Then the school bell rings.

"Damn, we might have to find the materials faster next time." I suggest to Dec who was as disappointed as I was.

"I guess so."

With that we parted ways. He went back to his place as I went to mind. Walking back I thought of the next question Dec might ask me. After the first two questions, I think it might be like asking who I am in love with or maybe something entirely off topic like have I killed someone. I guess he would love that, like his books and like.

I decided not to let the question take my entire night. I slept after preparing for the tomorrow class.
