The Silver Lining

Miss Kate POV -
Today is a really nerve-racking! Today we will find out if we have made the final three of if we are going to get cut from the competition. If we don't make it, I don't know what I'll do!

Kate walked nervously into practice, Giselle was already leading the rehearsal with Carmine who was already doing a great job as dance captain. "Great guys, Keep up the good work" Kate smiled, she came closer into the dance space.

"Today we will find out who made the final three" She began, "At 3PM today they will be publishing the list on the website of all the teams going to Multinationals and we're all going to be here to see it happen"

Emily POV -
I can't wait to see if we made Multinationals! It's going to be so exciting.

"But don't let it distract you, still put the maximum amount of effort on to rehearsals. I'll send you all a text when it's time to come into the office" Kate explained, leaving the studio and returning back to the office.

Toronto General Hospital

cross the city, Noah and Amanda were sitting awkwardly next to each other in the hospital waiting room. Amanda was having another results day and was anxious enough to allow Noah to come with her. There was something about sitting there which made Noah smile.

Noah POV -
Sitting here with Amanda feels just like how it did when I left for my back. When I tried to kiss Amanda and it went badly. I find myself laughing at this and I'm not afraid to show it.

"What... What is so funny?" She asked, her head turned towards Noah. He laughed some more, "Nothing don't worry" He continued to chuckle which made Amanda more curious. "Tell me, C'mon Noah I thought we tell each other everything" She said. Amanda got a sick feeling in her stomach when she said that. She longed for Noah to be her boyfriend again.

"Alright, If you must know. I was thinking about our almost first Kiss when we were at the doctors about my back" he admitted, Amanda let out a chuckle too, there was even a red blushing tint on her face. "Oh Yeah, back where things were perfect" She said.

It hadn't occurred to her that they were sitting in the exact same seats of when that happened. "it can be like that again, it want it to be..?" She turned in her seat fully Noah and put her hands on his. "Noah I_"

"Amanda? We're ready for you know"

Amanda POV -
Way to go doctor, Bad timing or What?

"Yeah, Okay Noah let's go then" She got up and walked into the office, with Noah behind her.

Amanda POV -
I'm so nervous. I know I have to have surgery, but the scan I had a few weeks ago will show any other things that are wrong.

Noah POV -
Let's hope the surgery won't be too bad!

The Next Step - Studio A

"

... So, What are we going to do about the Rachel situation. I mean we need to find another dancer" Carmine said, Strangely Kate didn't agree. It seemed unfair to let another dancer on the team when in reality there was a chance the wouldn't the final three.

"Lets just wait until three. Then we Shall know if we are actually going to Multinationals or not" Kate said, it wasn't long now. "but on the other hand, We know that we have two group rounds before the first round so we could come up with some ideas for that?" She suggested.

Miss Kate POV -
This waiting game is killing me! I just want to know already.

Juice bar

ichelle POV -
I'm in the juice bar thinking about what I'm going to do next. Rachel left the next step and there is an open spot on A troupe. I want to get back on the troupe but I don't know what to do. I think I'm just going to confront them and tell them that they need me...and I need them.

Toronto General Hospital

"

So, Amanda... We have had the results back and were glad to say that. Congratulations - You've made a full recovery!" The Doctor smiled, Amanda and Noah sat down looking confused. She shook her head, "What are you talking about? I've got to have surgery "

Amanda produced a leaflet from her bag and passed it over to the doctor. "Look, I was given this at my last appointment" The doctor looked confused and shook her head. "No, Amanda you've made a full recovery. No surgery is needed"

Amanda POV -
This changes everything! This is amazing, I'm healed!

"The doctor you saw must have got it wrong, go home Amanda. You're healed and recovered"

Noah POV -
Amanda is healed! The doctor was wrong and I'm so happy!

The Next Step - Studio A

ate watched as the clock slowly ticked from 2:58PM to 2:59PM. The whole of A troupe, excluding Noah were gathered around in studio A waiting for the results. "this is it, Not long now" Kate said, Glancing at the clock and computer once more.

Miss Kate POV -
This is agonising! I just want to know!

"Oh look, 3:00PM! Let's see if we've made it

Suddenly, a dancer dressed in purple areialed continually into the studio: Amanda. "Whooooooop!" She screamed in joy as she landed the final jump on the centre of studio A, "Amanda What are you doing?!" Kate yelled. "It doesn't matter, because....

Eldon POV -
Amanda has healed this whole time? This is amazing!

Sophia POV -
I can't believe that the doctors got it wrong, but I'm so happy she is healed.

"Amanda that is amazing, Welcome back" Kate smiled, "Just in a nick of time too - there is an open spot on A troupe if you want it?" She said, At the same time Richelle came in. "I want the spot on A troupe!"

Ollie POV -
Great, we register and more drama. Just what we needed (!)

Next time - Who will make A troupe? Amanda or Richelle?
