"I have the list of Name's of the dancers that have made it onto the Multinationals team" Jenny said as she fidgeted, the fact she was about to disappoint many people was getting to her. "But before I pass them to kate I would like to say it's been a pleasure watching you all dance and Multinationals is going to be shaken up when you hit the dance Floor!" She smiled.
"Okay, thank you Jenny" Kate said, taking the Clipboard from Her friends hand.
"The dancer's on the Multinationals team are: - 1)Kathy, 2)Sophia,3) Jake, 5)Nathan, 4)Ryan, 5)Chloe, 6)James, 7)joey, 8)Carmine, 9)Rachel, 10)Cierra, 11)Lilly. Our alternates are Piper and Bethany from B troupe" Kate announced, putting the Clipboard to one side and stepping forward.
Emily POV
I'm sorry, did i just hear that i'm not going to multinationals?
Amanda POV
I'm in shock right now I can't believe I didn't make the Multinationals team, What did I do wrong?
Noah POV
What I'm not on A troupe anymore?
James POV
There's NO WAY I'm going to Multinationals without Riley!
Miss Kate POV
Amanda didn't make the team? Why not? I didn't make the decisions for the team this year and Piper would never have been an alternate if I was deciding. Why has Jenny done this? But then she'll let's this Rachel in Who's barely been dancing for five minutes on the troupe? What do I do now? I can't swap around the team now it wouldn't be fair, would it? But i have no choice but to for now go along with what Jenny has done.
"Well I think that that we should all say a big thank you to Jenny for helping us Today" Kate said, clapping loudly and displaying her biggest false smile on her face. Jenny smiled and picked her her coat to leave. And as soon as she left, the commotion began.
"Why didn't I make the team....."
"How is Piper An alternate...."
"Who made the decisions for this awful....!"
"I thought I was supposed to audition...?
Giselle POV
Miss Kate gave me the boot just so I will audition for the troupe going to multinationals and then I don't even get on It? How does that work? I've danced at Regionals, Nationals and internationals! Toured around the world with a dance company and choreographed for the best dance studio in the world. There is NO WAY I'm getting bumped down into B troupe!
"Stop it!" Kate Yelled, instantly the room fell silent. "You are all lucky to be going to this competition! So stop complaining and get dancing - Now to see you all Dance together you have 15 minutes to Show an A troupe style dance. Get going" She walked back into the office, Neglecting the fact that the dancers that didn't make it on the team were still in the room.
Miss Kate POV
I'm not angry at the dancers, this is NOT the team i wanted to go to multinationals!
Giselle POV
I follow Kate into the office because I need to talk to her. So now I don't have any connection to the studio? At least when I was Head choreographer I could hang around with my friends but now I can't be expected to join B troupe and What about Amanda and Piper? She doesn't deserve to be an alternate and Amanda needs to be on the team.
The Acro dancer knocked on the office door, "Miss Kate can I talk to you for a second?" Kate didn't respond to Giselle, She nodded a few seconds later. "Giselle, Sit down. As of now you can consider yourself reinstated" Kate said. Giselle sat down in her usual blue leather seat. "What are we going to do? I hate to say it but some dancers are not on the team that need to be and some dancers that are on the team are in the wrong position"
Giselle POV
I can't help but agree with her.
"Yeah, I er, I know" Giselle looked down, not wanting to agree but not being able to deni the truth. "What are we going to do?" Noah came in, "Miss Kate, I have to go to Multinationals, Does this mean were in B troupe now? I know it's a rush decision but if Amanda and I aren't on the team then we'll have to leave"
Noah POV
Amanda and I have proved ourselves to the team before. Why should we get put back down?
Miss Kate POV
This isn't good, What does that say about us as a team? I'm going to watch this performance and I'm going to see how everyone else feels about the new A troupe.
"Noah, Please can you stay just for now as I'm thinking of a way I can fix this" Kate was desperate for him to stay just for the time being and luckily he agreed. "That's a relief, thank you" She dismissed him from the office and turned to Giselle. "I only see one way to fix this problem and we need to fix it ASAP!
"Well what do you suggest?" Giselle asked, "Auditions! We have to re Audition for A troupe. It's the only way!" She explained. Giselle thought about the idea, "Okay. So we have to do it soon" She said. "No time like the present, let's just tell them now!
Kate rushed out of the office with Giselle into the studio,"Okay can we all gather around for a second? We need to clear the air about the new A troupe" She said calmly, her voice quieter than before. "Is it me that isn't feeling the Chemistry of the new team? Or is anybody else not feeling it too?" Some of the dancers shook their heads. "All of you that didn't make it, Come back tomorrow as I've decided that I'm going to be Re-auditioning for A troupe"
Richelle POV
We have to audition again?!
Giselle POV
I can't say that I've missed dancing on A troupe because I really have! I can't wait to audition again.
Next time ~ Kate auditions once again for A troupe. Hunter and Emily take a walk down memory lane. Amanda hits a dead end.
