Josh POV

The doctor walked into the room. "How is she doing? Is she going to be okay?" I asked immediately.

"Sir, calm down. From what we know and have discovered she'll be okay, but we aren't promising anything." I could feel my eyes start to water up. The last words I said to her were "I hate you". We were fighting while I was driving, not paying attention to the road. The last thing I remember is swerving off onto the other road then another car coming at us.

-

It's been a couple more days, she's been showing some response. Like little twitches or maybe a soft sound that escapes her lips.

"Sir, would you like to go home and rest?" The nurse walked in and asked. "No, I'm going to stay here." She nodded her head and walked out, shutting the door behind her.

I got up and walked out the room. "Sir, I thought you were gonna stay with her?" I just kept walking and ignored her.

Soon enough I reached a liquor store, I haven't stopped drinking since we started dating. Bottle after bottle, it's usually vodka.

"I need vodka, where is it?" I asked the worked, he pointed to the back of the store. I opened the freezer and grabbed the two biggest bottles, each both being a foot tall.

"Party tonight?" The worker asked.

"No, more like suicide tonight," I mumbled and walked out the door.

I was walking down the street chugging both bottles, not being able to stop.

By the time I got to the hospital both bottles were gone, completely empty.

"Sir are you drunk?" i kept walking.

I was losing sight in my eyes, everything was a blur. My legs felt weak, so weak that I couldn't walk. I had fallen.

Olivers POV

I could feel myself starting to wake, I was going to be able to talk to Josh again. I opened my eyes to see josh nowhere, I would either figure he was out drinking or at home sleeping.

"Oliver! You're awake?" A lady walked into the room, she was wearing scrubs. I figured she was a nurse.

"Oh-um. Yeah, where's Josh?" When I asked that, her smile went away. "What? What happened to Josh?!" I screamed at her causing her to jump.

"He had too much to drink and he passed out while walking back to your room." God dammit, Josh. Only he would do that, for fuck sakes.

"Where is he? Can I go see him?" She nodded her head, she walked over and helped me get up.

I have sat alone in the room with Josh.

"Look, Josh. I know you can't hear me, well maybe I don't know. I just can't believe you were drinking because I was in a coma, you could've been strong. Yet, you weren't. I know the last words you said to me were 'I hate you' but it doesn't matter because I know you love me, and I lo-" I was interrupted by the heart monitor, I looked over and only saw straight lines, no heart beats. "I need a nurse! Now!" I screamed out, my eyes filling with water.

"Josh you can't leave me, no not now not ever." Doctors ran in and so did nurses, they had huge equipment with them.

"Ma'am I'm gonna need you to leave." I was told by a doctor. "That's my god damn boyfriend! I'm not leaving!" Someone grabbed me by the waist and pulled me out of the room. By this time, I was crying so much I couldn't breathe nor think.

-

I was alone. Josh was gone, forever. Today was the funeral, I didn't even want to go.

-

"We have a special someone who was an important part of Josh's life who would like to speak, but unfortunately she isn't here."

-

I went upstairs to my bedroom, looked around. I finally found what I was looking for in the garage. I went back inside, walking into the living room with a rope, tying it to form into a noose.

I grabbed a chair and tied the rope onto the ceiling fan, carefully putting it around my neck. By this time I wasn't even scared of kicking the chair, I was just more scared about who was going to find me hanging, dead.

I kicked the chair.
