No one knows my pain
No one knows what I'm going through
No one knows the truth
No one knows what's going on
Including me
Jin opened his eyes, feeling cold sweat drip from his forehead. He tossed and turned wanting to sleep again, because if he doesn't... who knows what can happen?
But it was not enough
He soon found himself standing in the middle of nowhere, hearing unfamiliar voices murmuring something incoherent and eerily disturbing gunshots. Is he in hell? Or perhaps is he somewhere worse than hell: reality. Questions arose as Jin shut his eyes wanting everything to just stop
But he can't
He tried walking but evey step he took, led him nowhere. The more he walked, he more he got lost in this savaged place. Yes he was scared but the fact that he doesn't know where he is... scared him more. He walked and walked until he reached a certain cabin, knocked and when no one answered entered.
But was it the right decision?
Inside was a fireplace, the fire almost gone. The dying flame alarmed Jin that made him run to the cinders left behind by the once flaming wood. He placed his hands on the warm cinders and closed his eyes. He never felt this warm before.
But is it really soothing?
Jin soon felt the fire more... alive. It was dying just a while ago but now the fire was brought to life. As the flame grew big, Jin's hands stayed. As it is being eaten by the flames, his hands stayed warm like before. He never felt pain- just pure warmth brought by the living flames.
He brought it back to life
How? Why? H-He can't possibly do it. Jin removed his hands and was in shock to see it, covered in blood. Red liquid flowed down to his arm as he stared at the vast array of smoke that was emitted by the flames. He wanted to scream. He wanted to scream so badly but his voice betrayed him, as if his voice never existed. He's left with no choice but to stare at his arm, slowly watching it being devoured by blood and regret—
It was a just a dream
"NO!" Jin shouted as he jolted from his bed waking up the person sleeping beside him "why are you so loud?" Jun asked "just a dream... it was all a dream" Jin reassured himself "what was?" Jun asked. Jin looked at him and smiled "nothing, just continue sleeping... sorry I woke you up" Jun giggled "well I can't sleep now"
As Jin slid the curtains, sun rays flashed in their room. "Good morning" Jun said replied by Jin with a cute smile "good morning too"
It was a simple sunday morning. Having toast for breakfast, Jin lived a happy life with Jun. Even if reality sucks, Jin is happy with Jun by his side. As if he never needed anyone as long as Jun's here
Well that's what Jin always believed.
Jun works for 8 hours a day every weekend whilst Jin stays in their humble home. Since his work days are short, Jun decided to make the best out of it.
"Have a safe trip" Jin said as Jun waved goodbye in his car. While he was alone in his house, Jin started to feel uneasy. He really hates to be alone but Jun is busy, he doesn't want to be a burden to Jun at all.
