Extra Task

"As the Student President, please give the interested students a tour of our university" the principal said to Jin. The latter had no choice but to agree, he's talking to the principal afterall. He mentally sighed before speaking "yes sir" he said. The principal smiled "thank you Jin!" he said with a smile then dismissed Jin

Jin sighed again "geez, what's so bad about giving people a tour of our university?" Jimin asked "you wouldn't say that if you're in my shoes" Jin said "well you're right but it's not like I don't have a task of my own" he said to Jin "besides it's only for a day, how bad could it be?" he added "well Mr. assistant secretary, I have a job to do as well" Jin said. Jimin scoffed at him "come on president, another task won't hurt" he said "also no use complaining, we don't wanna make your grandpa stressed right?" he added "just call him principal Jimin" Jin said "so what's your plan?" Jimin asked "nothing, I just have to finish my job as the president then proceed with the tour" Jin said while taking out a book "wow you're getting fired up" Jimin said "shut it Jimin" Jin said then started reading "well goodluck with that, I gotta go help my boy— the secretary" Jimin said then left

Once Jimin was gone, Jin slumped on the chair "Ugh so troublesome! Should I just pretend to be sick that day? I really don't wanna do it" he whined at himself then sighed again.

At the day of the festival, every student was busy, especially the officers.

"And that's the last of our work pres!" Hoseok, the vice president said "yeah, thank goodness we finished it in time. Well you go have some fun too Hoseok" Jin said "ah how about you pres?" Hoseok asked "don't worry about me, I have to go finish something" Jin reassured Hoseok "alright, so pres do you perhaps..." "ah the auditor is with our english teacher, they're in room 315" Jin said while fixing his things "indeed pres you know me well" Hoseok said

"I'm the president Hoseok, I know everything" Jin said with a smile. Hoseok laughed then bid goodbye to the president, when Hoseok was gone, Jin sighed again "ah, I don't think I can go on anymore" he said then slumped on his chair.

He heard a knock on the door "yes? Who is it?" he asked as he composed himself "excuse me? Is this the student council's room?" a voice said from behind the door "yes, is there anything you need?" Jin asked "the principal said to go here if I am interested with the school tour" Jin's ears perked up 'ah, shit' he thought "please come in" Jin said and the door opened

"Good afternoon, my name is Kim Namjoon, I'm from the university from the other town" Namjoon said as he walked near Jin "I heard that the president will be the one to assist us" he said "yes what you heard was true. I'm Kim Seokjin, the student council president" Jin said "please have a seat" he added.

After Namjoon was seated, awkward air filled the room 'woah, I don't know what to say' Jin thought as he was looking at Namjoon, then slowly realized something "hey are you perhaps that Namjoon?" Jin asked "what do you mean?" Namjoon asked "that Namjoon! The president of Sixty9, a non government organization!" he exclaimed "ah, how did you know?" Namjoon asked "I've been a part of your projects a bunch of times!" Jin said "really?! Woah that's awesome!" Namjoon said "I was there when you held a feeding program in Anyag!" Jin said with adoration "you don't know how surprised I am mr. president!" Namjoon exclaimed "oh you, just Jin is fine" Jin insisted "alright! But still who would've thought!" Namjoon said

And the two talked for two hours, and no one entered the room during that time.

"We've talked about everything already, but no one is coming" Namjoon said "well, maybe they've already roamed around the university" Jin said then laughed "ah but I haven't" Namjoon said "should I go and give you a solo tour?" Jin asked then smiled. Namjoon's heart skipped a beat 'huh, what was that ba-dump for?' Namjoon thought to himself "alrighty!" Namjoon said then the two of them left the room.
