Revival of Love - An Amourshipping Sequel to Battle Lines

Anna pulled back her arm, then quickly flicked forward. Flash! I'm a blur of light she sent out her Pokémon. "You ready klefki" Anna said as the keychain Pokémon nodded back at her.
A klefki, Serena thought. Interesting, she has the type advantage. Her opponent, realizing also that she had the advantage, ordered klefki to take advantage of that, and use flash cannon. "Protect" Serena said, realizing she couldn't take a super effective hit like that. Woosh! The metal energy was spread in different ways by the protect.
Now Anna was shocked. Her powerful attack did nothing. "Now use quick attack" Serena said as sylveon sprung forward. "Substitute!" Anna commanded, as klefki moved back, another one taking its place. Boom! Sylveon and the substitute collided. The only problem was that quick attack wasn't at all effective against a steel type.
Anna knew this, and was content to sit back behind her sub waiting for Serena. The only thing Anna didn't know, was that Serena was prepared. "Hyper voice" she commanded as sylveon let out a shrill screech. The substitute faded, the sound traveling past it revealing the real klefki. "Now" Serena's confidence was growing "finish it off with flamethrower!"
It was obvious now, that Anna didn't have very much experience, as she just stood in shock as klefki was knocked out. "Wow, your strong" was all she really said.
     Now the two girls turned their attention to the battles around them. Everyone else also seemed to be wrapping up. One Pokémon knocking out the other. Eventually there was only one battle, near the center, still raging on.
     "Thunderbolt!" Ash yelled, as a cascading bolt of energy shot toward Calem's Infernape. "Counter it with fire punch!" Calem yelled with just as much intensity. The two attacks collided, sending a shock wave in all directions. Infernape flew out of the cloud of smoke, hurtling towards pikachu. "Jump" ash commanded and pikachu sprung into the air. CRASH! Infernape's fist slammed into the ground, splitting the black rubbery material on the ground. "Quick attack" ash said. Now it was Infernapes turn to doge as pikachu came flying toward the ground. CRASH! Again the rubbery material was broken even more, small pieces scattering to the onlookers.
     "STOP!" A voice yelled over the commotion. It was professor maple "you have already broken our high tech new battle arena" he said, sounding intrigued not mad "so I think that's enough for now"
     The rest of battle class went smoothly, prof maple talked about what they would learn, and handed out papers with reference sheets like type charts. But one thing Serena did see, was a new fiery passion in ash/Calem's eyes. A new, but friendly, rivalry. This, was the ash she knew.
