Chapter 8: Foods Without Cucumber

"NOONA, what actually you're going to do with what you said yesterday?" asked Youngjae that took a sit beside her. They're in practice for their new song. The members were playing around while having a break so Youngjae took opportunity to ask about it to Hyeri.

Hyeri that played with her phone lifted her head, "Well... urmm... I'm not sure yet."

Youngjae's upper lips moved like he almost wants to curse Hyeri, "Why you act so confident yesterday?"

"Yah, I said I know what I should do which is I will figure out how I can help you but I didn't mention that I already figure out it," protested Hyeri.

Youngjae blanked, "You sure know to play with words,"

Hyeri smirked. 'That's why I'm being called the writer with golden finger.'

"I want to go to toilet," Hyeri excuses herself before went to toilet.

"Ah, Hyeri eonni!"

Hyeri turned when she heard her name being called once she out from toilet. Her eyes turned wider to see that person. Yeah...! The one that I've waiting for!

"Oh, Chaeyoung-ah?"

"Do you already have your lunch?" asked Chaeyoung.

Hyeri chuckled, "No. Not yet. What with that random question?"

"My mom packed some foods for me and the members but we're having our diet program to prepare for the next comeback so they didn't want to eat it. Will you eat it with me?"

"Really? Well, I'm quite hungry right now!" Hyeri really happy to hear about the foods Chaeyoung said.

HYERI'S jaw drop to see the foods that Chaeyoung already prepared at the rooftop.

"Chaeyoung-ah, is that your mom packed foods for the whole company?" asked Hyeri when the table already fill with various of foods.

"Well, my mother always giving me surprise. I'm searching for other people but most of them already out," said Chaeyoung while giving chopstick to Hyeri.

Hyeri tried kimbap before her eyes turned wider when she started munching the food, "Hmm... this is so delicious! Yah, your mom really good in cook!"

Hyeri reached out other foods before having the same expression, "Wah... this is like in the restaurant."

Chaeyoung smiled to see Hyeri happy with the foods, "Emm... eonni, can I ask you something?"

"What is it?" asked Hyeri that slurping chicken soup.

"How actually is Youngjae oppa's character?"

Hyeri lifted her head. 'Wait, is this girl asking me about Youngjae? Don't tell me...'

"Do you like him?"

"N... No! It's not like that. I'm... I'm just wondering..." Chaeyoung stuttered with her head non-stop shook like crazy.

"What do you want to know about the guy from Mokpo named Choi Youngjae?" asked Hyeri ready for the questions.

"Is...is he has someone that he likes? What... what kind of girl she interest with?" Chaeyoung asked while playing with her fingers. Hyeri can't avoid from smiling to see her cute reaction when asking about Youngjae.

"Hmm... as far that I know, he still single and available,"
