Chapter 15: Sidekick Jinyoung

JINYOUNG was choosing the clothes but he can't really focused as his eyes keep glanced at Hyeri and Hyunwoo. Both of them were looking at the accessories section and joking around with each other. Hyeri put the head band on Hyunwoo's head while Hyunwoo act all cute that make Hyeri laughing hard.

Once in a while Hyeri will put an eye on Jinyoung making sure she still can see Jinyoung but after make sure Jinyoung's position she will continue joking around with Hyunwoo.

"Why I felt like I'm a sidekick that disturbing a dating couple?" mumbled Jinyoung before put away the shirt he looked and walked away.

Hyeri that realize Jinyoung walked away from the store quickly followed him while grabbed Hyunwoo along. Jinyoung then entered the bookstore.

"He said he wanted to buy cloth," whispered Hyunwoo.

"Just let him be. He always be like that," said Hyeri.

"Oh, your book on the top chart again!" Hyunwoo pointed to the chart list for the sales ranking of that stores.

"Yah! Slow down your voice. People may heard you!" Hyeri slapped Hyunwoo's shoulder.

"Wahh... Lily really slays all the chart. Majority of the books on this chart are yours. Even the books from two years ago also still here!"

Hyeri smiled proudly, "Yah! Your book also here."

"But my book on the eight place," told Hyunwoo.

Jinyoung looked at them from afar. They looked like having serious talk about something in front of the chart list, "What the serious talk they have?"

"It still a good achievement. It may reached the top 3 next time," said Hyeri.

"It hard to beat the master,"

Hyeri laughed to hear that before suddenly Jinyoung came to them, "Oh, Jinyoung-ah! What kind of book you buy?"

Jinyoung showed two books on his hand.

Hyunwoo's eyes turned wider to see the books, "Oh, this book...!" he quickly stopped when Hyeri pinched her arm from behind.

"The books from my favorite writer, Lily. Hyunwoo-ssi, do you read books? I've tons of books in my room. I can recommend some good books if you want," said Jinyoung proudly.

Hyunwoo smiled, 'I am novelist, you punk!'

"Well... I read some too. I like the books by Cloud," Hyunwoo showed the book written by Cloud or also known as Kang Hyunwoo – himself.

"Cloud? Ohh... I read his book once,"

Hyunwoo's face turned bright.

"But I regret to buy his book. His book is not my style. It's too cheeky and make me cringe," commented Jinyoung that make Hyunwoo's smile gone.

"Cloud is just too far if we're going to compare with Lily. Lily is in the different level,"

Hyunwoo's face turned gloom.

"Yah! How could you say that? Cloud also good in writing too. He just need some practice more," scolded Hyeri.

"Why you're going to mad at me? Are you Cloud?" asked Jinyoung suddenly.

"No...! I'm not Cloud," Hyeri stuttered. 'I'm Lily, you fool! Hyunwoo is Cloud and you just condemned the writer right in front of his face!'

"Then why you should be emotional with it? What a weird girl. I'm going to pay," Jinyoung walked away and went to the counter.

"Hyunwoo-yah, don't be sad with his comment. He just not suitable with your writing style. It doesn't mean you're not a good writer." Hyeri tried to make Hyunwoo better.

Hyunwoo smiled, "It's okay. It's normal to get such comment. I got much harsher comment than that. By the way, is that true he is Lily's fan?"

Hyeri glanced at Jinyoung before smile shyly, "Emm... I just found about it lately."

"He's your fan yet he treated you badly! I really want to see his face once he knew about it," said Hyunwoo.

"I don't even have any plan to tell him. I'll just left him and other members after I've finished my job. After that I will continue living as Lily again."

They left the bookstore and returned to follow Jinyoung finding his clothes again. They got into plenty of stores but none of the stores have the clothes that he want.

"Why so hard for him to find suitable cloth?" asked Hyunwoo to Hyeri but it loud enough to be heard by Jinyoung.

Jinyoung turned his back, "Do you have problem about that? You may go if you want. I never ask you to come along with me."

"I didn't mean like that. Just... aren't you getting hungry?" asked Hyunwoo.

"No. I'm not," said Jinyoung firmly but then suddenly his stomach growling.

Hyeri and Hyunwoo both looked at his stomach before they both chuckled. Jinyoung's face turned red while cursing to his own stomach that growling at the wrong time.

"Let's have something to eat. Don't worry it's on me," Hyunwoo winked at Jinyoung.

They're having a meal at quite exclusive restaurant that Hyunwoo suggest for. He willingly wants to treat them so Jinyoung can't say anything. Hyunwoo keep doing things for Hyeri that make Jinyoung annoyed but he just silently eat his foods

"I'll cut the meat for you," Hyunwoo took Hyeri's plate and cut in into small pieces before giving back her plate.

"Try this. It's really good," Hyunwoo feed Hyeri his food.

"There's a sauce on your lips," Hyunwoo wiped the sauce stains on Hyeri's lip.

Jinyoung that can't even hold himself anymore burst, "Yah! Can't you guys stop from being so lovey-dovey around me?"

Hyeri and Hyunwoo both looked at Jinyoung.

"W—what do you mean?" asked Hyeri confuse.

"Yah! You guys make me like a loser potato that stuck between so-called Romeo and Juliet,"

"What? No. We're just friend. Right, Hyunwoo?"

"Friend? What kind of friend act all so lovey-dovey like they own the world?"

Hyeri and Hyunwoo looked to each other with confused face, "Well... a friend like us?"

Jinyoung sighed, "Let's just go back home after this."

HYUNWOO drop Hyeri first as they reached at Hyeri's house first before Jinyoung's dorm.

"I'll meet you tomorrow, Jinyoung. See you again, Hyunwoo." Hyeri waved to both of them after getting off from the car.

Hyunwoo waved back while Jinyoung not even bother to look at her.

"So are you jealous?" asked Hyunwoo when it just being left them alone.

Jinyoung looked at him from the front-back mirror before smirked, "Why should I?"

"You clearly jealous to see her with me earlier. I see all your mad face when you looked at her having fun with me," said Hyunwoo.

"I like to make her suffer so I don't like to see her happy,"

"Are you sure?"

"Yah! Why you even bother with it? You hate to see your girlfriend around me?"

Hyunwoo chuckled, "It's up to you to label our relationship as what. I just going to say that Hyeri is one of my precious person. Don't ever make her cry."

Jinyoung glared at Hyunwoo and he also can see Hyunwoo glared at him too.
