Chapter 17: Back Together Again

A gus of wind came sweeping Sapphire's black to blue hair along. As she set her notebook down on the table, she heard a fimailar voice call out her name "Sapphire!" Suddenly She felt a cold hand touch her on the shoulder. She turned around to see that it was Merak who called our her name. "How was your summer?" Merak asked

"Oh you know, voice messaging the rest of my team, and reading and I got to little writing..." Sapphire did not seem too happy, even though she did everything that she enjoy doing when she is away from the school.

"Sapphire, what is wrong that you did  every thing you love doing, was it something I have done? Was it because I never texted you over the summer?" Merak panicked.

"No," Sapphire giggled and lightly punched him on the arm. "It just, that I also worried about that guy, Mercury I haven't heard much about him anywhere. Is he dead? Or is he just waiting for his next strike?"

"You shouldn't worry about that kinda of thing,"Merak still joking  around. "you need to worry about why i haven't texted you all summer!"

"Merak Stop it" Sapphire punched him in the arm harder this time. "I'm serious about this I'm very worry I don't know what is going to happen to me, my team, and even your team."

"Oh man" Merak finally took Sapphire serious "Just so you know I will always remain by your side. No matter what." 

"Thanks, Merak. Anyway I see the rest of my team See you later" Sapphire blow him a kiss right before she dashed off to see her friends.

"Hey Sapphire where were you?" Topaz asked.

"Sorry I was talking to Merak for a bit" She said.

"Anyways" Emerald said "we are Third year students now, who know what kind of thing we will get wrapped in."

"yeah" Ruby said quietly.

"Ruby, what ups you seem very upset." Emerald said.

"Well it just What going to happen to the four of us when we graduate. I mean I know we just meet two year ago when we became a team but Will we take a mission together or take solo mission and then who know if we will ever see each other again." Ruby said.

"Remember, what Headmaster Zinc told us when he found us in our "team bonding" when we're first year students." Sapphire started.

"He told us that there something specail about us, There no way that he would had us take solo missions." Topaz finished up.

"Hey Hey Girls" Izar said as he and the rest of Team Star walk up to them.

"Hey guys," Emerald waved to the boys.

"So I guess this is start to a new year," Sapphire looked around at her friend and smiled. Indeed this is the start to a new year, with many adventure to behold for our two teams. Mercury had himself his own plans for this year, it was to finally destroy the Gems and everything that they enjoyed, starting his their friendship with Team Star.
