A: Shadow magic is a rare type of magic. Someone with poison magic can take control of people with shadow magic. So Hamal when he was defeated by Mercury he was went under the idea of whatever Mercury told him. So whenever he got a text message he would do whatever it said because that what he thinks right.
Q: What with Ruby's red eyes?
A: In their world, red eyes are special. The red eyes are able to stop anyone who also have red eyes from using their magic. this can only happen when the person's eye begin to glow. They eyes will begin to glow if one of their closest friend was hurt or they been damaged themselves. Ruby's eye began to glow because they entire team was knock out and the emotional pain that Mercury brought to her. Red eyes also give a boost in strength to the person only with they been hurt themselves. The effects of the Red eyes are more effective with something if they had red or orange hair. and if you saw in My big book of characters, Ruby indeed has Red hair.
Q: Why do you focus more on Team Star, when this book is about Team Gem?
A: Because Their part of the story does imply how the fight went.
