Chapter 18: Things Unfold For The Worse

*Andy's POV*

I just stand there looking down at Chris as he was shaking in fear, he was holding Roku in his arms and he was just looking at her. He was froze, the cut on his still at Roku's mouth. I watched him pull away his arm and lick the cut to heal it. He then just pulled her into his arms. "I told you I couldn't do this, why do you always fucking make me do things I can't or don't want to do? I really hate you at times." I knew he couldn't do this alone. I had to give him the push, telling him he had to do this.

"Christian....." He just looked up at me as I picked up Roku and put her in her bed and cover over her and taking a cloth getting rip of the blood on her lips. "Christian, it's what was best. I know it's hurt but would you want me or one of the others to do it? She is your lover, not our. Delsin even told you that Roku was vampire, that she was the only way to beat him. Don't you see that?" It would give us three days to not worry about her for now, but there was still school we needed to worry about and Vincent. We needed to make sure to keep the school safe, that no more kids will get killed and their families. Cambria was going to stay with Roku. She gave me a death stare for being so mean to Chris. "What? She wanted it, he was being weak about it. Something we don't need in a vampire for war like this." I walked out of the room and went back to my room. It would be interesting to see what school would hold in the next few hours when we all went but Cambria, Roku and Chris. I was going to let him stay with Roku and Cambria. I'm fine with it but I had a job to do, Hidan wanted to make sure no more deaths until Roku woke up. We were going to keep Roku turning a serect for a few days, maybe months. It all depends.

When I woke up, I looked around to see it was day time. I got out of bed, went to take a shower and walked out of the room after getting dressed. I looked around the Kanno's mansion, years over hunting vampires and the creatures of the night. They had some really old things that were 100s or even millins of years old. I was looking at the pictures. Nora and Delsin were good couple. Like Roku, her great grandmother was really beautiful, just like she was. I looked at the old weapons and picture of killing vampires. I'm glad they decided to do this, to try and live with others. I walk to the healing area to check in on how Caiden and Kaia were doing. Roku's mother Sara was there and she just smiles. "How are they doing? Are you sure that you and Hidan wanted that for Roku? I mean I really fucked with Chris by forcing him to do that and Cambria hates me now too for it." I just sighed and just sit down. I had an hour before school.

"It's better for Roku to be a vampire and to be turn by her soulmate, then someone that is evil and wants to kill everyone here and make slaves out of them they use. Nora would have been safer if Delsin did that too. But he waited too long and he had to kill his lover and children to make sure that Vincent couldn't win, they had 20 people back then. Now it's just the 3 of them, with the same plan over 100 years ago. So the question is now." She looked behind me and I looked back to see Chris walking up to us. "The question is now, are you happy you were force to turn her, instead of killing her when and if Vincent got too close?" I know the question was for Chris and he was really quiet.

"Answer her...." He looked at me wide eyes and just looked down again, he was really upset, I know I jumped him, I know I forced him and made him do this. "Christian.....I mean it answer her...." I just watch him and he looked at me, begging for me not to make him answer but since I didn't back off he just sighs and looks at her.

"I'm not going to say I'm happy about this, I wanted to turn her but not now, not because she wanted to make sure Vincent couldn't turn her. I wanted to wait. But I know from what Delsin told me in dreams that it could have been bad if I waited. I couldn't turn her because I didn't want this life for her, but I would have never been able to kill her like Delsin did. So I guess this is better." He just looked at me again before storming off. He was pissed at me again.
