Chapter 14: Truth Is Shown To Them Who Are Worthy

*Roku's POV*

After whatever happen to Chris tonight. Andy made sure that Nick and Jamie called him to find out what was going on. Why the doctors pushed everyone out and why was he shaking like that. Vampires weren't to have that stuff happen to them, they were human but they were undead now. I just sighed a bit, riding in the back of the car with the guys. I really couldn't wait to see what else my grandmother had in that book of her. Finding out what I did, there is a lot that was hidden from history, that only I could get to. That only we could get.

"Are you sure you want to do this Roku? I'm sure it gets darker then just what I read out of it." I looked at Andy who was right next to me. He smiled a bit and though I know he could read my face and frown. "He'll be okay, but we need to find out if something happen. He was alone with them that night they attacked him in the hospital. Delsin was alone too when Nora's parents kicked him out of their area. Vincent and them go all the way back. I have a feeling they are MUCH older then they tell people." I nodded and we were pulling up to the house of my grandmother. My parents allow us to drive there so I told them where the hidden road was to that house.

Soon we all got out of the car and walked into the small house. Andy walked over to the books and picked the one up. Soon after that, the trapped door open and it show stairs leading down. I was in shock, of all the times me and my siblings would play in this house. Never did we touch any of the books or find this. You can't even see there is a door there even if you look for it. I walked over and looked at the book that Andy had in his hand. It was the one he was telling be around, wrote by a hunter in 1600s. I took the book from him as he hands it to me and we walk down into the room. I looked around and I could tell, see things that they couldn't. My great grandmother was just like me, I seen the hidden signs, everything but before I could tell them about it. Andy walked over to the book on the table. I walked up to it and slowly touch it, soon, flashes came to me, like I was seeing from my grandmother's eyes. I pulled away and stepped away from the book. "You read it, I'm not touching that again......not now...." I was freaking out, I seen some really bad things. I looked to see the book was cover in them signs too, I see, I could touch anything in here and it would show me the past and what happen. "Please, read more Andy...." I looked at him.

"Okay, are you sure you're okay? You looked like you seen a ghost." He was worry about me and I seen Jinxx go and get me a chair, I made sure there were no marks on it before sitting down.

"You can't see it but I can, there is marks all over this place, just one touch and I'm looking through the eyes of my great grandmother. I'm not ready to see that yet." They just all nodded and waited for Andy to start reading again.

"Ever though Delsin and I wanted a family, we were the only wants that could live with the Kanno name. So when we did get married, he took on my last name since my brothers were killed after he was cast out. Not everyone knew about Delsin, he hid in the shadows but there was a good reason behind it. All vampires have their own gifts. I figure that out when my parents, use to torture them to find out things they needed to know. No one know I was married, taking my name, and staying out of the way. Delsin wasn't even known about. Soon, we ended up with kids. Half human, half vampire. We had four of them, in 1931 our first child Lynn was born, she was the older, Gia was born three years in 1934 after Lynn, Danny was born two years in 1936 after Gia and the last child, my little David was born 5 years later in 1941. He was a shock to me and Delsin the most because Delsin and I started to fall apart around that time. We always fight about things, how we wanted the kids, how we wanted the town. But most of all his visions scared him." I looked at Andy, reading that part over his shoulders.

"Visions? So he could see things, he hid because he could see things...." I was going around the room looking for things. The guys were watching me in shock.
