“What do you want?” I yell outside to Blake.

“Why are you talking to him?” Lisa shrieks and slaps me in the arm.

“Ow! I need to find out what he wants,” I say and turn back to the window.

“I need to warn you girls about who you trust. Not everyone is who they say they are,” Blake answers rubbing the back of his head, where I hit him.

“Oh really? I find it quite funny how you didn’t include yourself in that sentence,” I yell.

Suddenly a huge gust of wind comes in through the door and knocks me and Lisa to the floor and throws down Lisa’s window.

“Piper, are you okay?” I hear Lisa ask.

“Yea I’m fine. How bout you?”

“Same here. What was that?”

“Um, I’m guessing wind.”

Lisa slaps me on the arm, “The sarcasm is not needed now.”

I get up to look out the window, “Lisa he’s not there.”

She slaps me on the arm again, “What? How could he not be there?”

“Quit hitting me would you! I have no idea, he must have run away when the wind came,” I say.

“Wait, where did that wind come from anyway?” Li asks and I shrug.

“I don’t know Li. I really don’t know.”

When I wake up in the morning, I hear Lisa’s voice from the kitchen. She must have woken up early. Out of curiosity I walk over to the window to see if anything is out there. Just my luck, nothing.

I walk out into the kitchen where, Jennette, Victoria and Lisa are drinking hot chocolate and talking.

“Hot Chocolate? Really? It’s September and not December, guys,” I say stretching.

“Well, good morning to you too Pipe,” Victoria says and smiles.

“Hey Tori. Hey Jen,” I say waving.

“Morning Piper,” Jen says and walks to her room.

“Don’t mind her she’s always like that, in the morning,” Victoria says to me.

“Oh, I know,” I say smiling. Lisa smiles back.

“Well, I have to go get ready, there’s more hot chocolate if you need it,” Victoria says and walks away.

“Oh did I do that?” Lisa asks pointing to the bruise on my arm.

“Yea, but its fine. I hit you many times when we were younger, remember?”

“Yea, you did. You and Em both,” Lisa says almost smiling.

“Yea,” I say. “Who do you think this guy is?”

“I have no idea, but I’m getting really scared,” Lisa says and I can hear the rise in her voice.

“It’s gonna be ok Li.”

“No it’s not,” Lisa says putting down her hot chocolate and tying up her dark brown hair.

“Hold on,” I say and run to Lisa’s room and get my laptop from my bag.
