Cristy stood in the kitchen of her old city apartment. It was where she would crash with the family when they came to the city.

"William joining the business? This does not make any sense at all!" Cristy thought as she chewed her lip. She had just gotten off the phone with her mother.

"The boys have finally settled down." Dana said as she entered the kitchen. "Thank you so much for helping us out."

"No problem." Cristy replied. "Do you want something to eat? I was just about to go to the store and restock the kitchen."

"I'm ok. I'm just worried about my parents." Dana said.

"I know. I'm worried about my mom too. But I trust her and if she told me not to go looking for her then I won't. I'm sure she will find a way out." Cristy said.

Dana still looked worried.

"Look, you shouldn't be so stressed, it's not good for the baby, so why don't you go take some rest while I go get us some dinner." Cristy said kindly.

"I feel like I should be doing something. I need to get out there and get them out of that awful place!" Dana said, letting her tears pour out.

"Trust me. It's better if you do not go bursting in and get them out. " Cristy said.

"Why?"

"If they see you coming, they will kill you parents immediately. If we work in secret, there is a better chance of getting them back alive." Cristy explained.

Dana did not say anything.

"I'll be back soon." Cristy said and sighed in relief as Dana went back to her room without any more questions.

Cristy grabbed her bag and locked the door as she left the house. She did not want to risk letting these kids out before she was back.

Once she was out she pulled out her cell phone and called William immediately.

"Brother! I heard you came home today?" Cristy said in a fake cherry voice.

William looked down at his phone and sighed. It was Cristy. He knew what this was about and there was no point delaying the conversation. He also needed to make sure the boys were safe.

"Hey Cristy." William said pretending to sound happy.

"Brother! I heard you came home today?" Cristy said.

"Yes, I had an epiphany during my short stint in prison." William said.

"Oh?"

"It's a long story, I'll tell you when I meet you." William said. "When will I meet you?"

"Tomorrow night at the dinner." Cristy said. "Surely you don't want me to miss your graduation!"

"Haha!" William fake laughed. "What about the boys? Where will you leave them?"

"They are safe with me William. Do you want them back?" Cristy asked.

"Would you give them back?" William asked, surprised.

"You saved my life, consider this as making us even." Cristy said.
