"Pick up the phone dammit!" John said to his phone furiously. He was trying to get in touch with Cristy and get an update on her hunt for Aaron's brother Adam but her phone kept going to voicemail.

John put his phone back into his pocket and went back down the passage to find Alice. He moved fast even though it was a poorly lit passage. He knew the place like the back of his hand since he was the one to design it.

The laborers were the first to experience the horror of the room. Since he wanted it to be, a secret, John and his wife celebrated by butchering over half a dozen workers, so that they would never talk about this place. Few others were terrified into silence.

Snapping out of those pleasant memories, he realized that he needed to get out of there and go find Adam before Aaron found out. The boy is young with a frightening temper and John is getting too old to deal with that.

I just hope Cristy can find him soon. He thought as he reached the place Alice had fallen and lay unconscious.

William froze in his place. Staring at Adam unable to believe what he was seeing.

Adam was there crouching behind the dumpster. He turned around and stared at William, his expression unreadable.

"Adam! You are alive!" William gasped.

"Of course I'm alive. Got away from you in time, dint I." He replied with a hard look on his face.

"From me?" William said, looking confused.

"Stop pretending." Adam snarled. He did not look like himself at all. The usually smiling face was cold and almost cruel. His clothes, face and hair were dusty from all the hiding and his hand was heavily bandaged.

"I saw you. I remember everything." Adam continued. "I felt everything." He said holding up his bandaged hand.

William's stomach dropped.

"I don't remember anything from that night." William confessed. "I woke up in my room the next day and when I came to see you, you freaked out and told me to get away."

"How convenient." Adam laughed and William balled his fists.

"Convenient?" William said through gritted teeth. "I spent all day trying to figure out what happened that night and where you were since the moment you disappeared."

"A nice cover for when the police find my body and comes to you for questioning." Adam said. He straightened up and began to walk away. "I heard the police came to you already."

"Yes. But I didn't do anything!" William said as he walked with Adam.

"Unlike you I remember everything and since I'm the victim here you won't get away with this." Adam said.

"What happened that night?" William asked, desperate for an answer.

"You want to relive it don't you, sick basted." Adam spat as he held up his bandaged hand.

William's jaw dropped.

"You think I did that?" He gasped.

"I SAW you!" Adam repeated, emphasizing on the word saw.

"But- but...." William spluttered, not sure what to say. Adam kept walking away but he was so stunned he had to try to keep up.

"Look." Adam said finally. "You and your freaky friends can hang out anytime you want. Why bring me into this? What did I ever do to you?"

"Adam." William said finally putting his hand on Adams shoulder and forcing him to stop. "Tell me what happened that night. I promise I'll listen and I won't contradict you."

Adam looked at William suspiciously. Then he sat down on a big rock and said "Alright! Fine."

William carefully sat down on a rock opposite Adam, without breaking eye contact.

"Let's start with your blond girlfriend dragging is out of the bar when we were very drunk." Adam said and William felt his stomach clench. He knew Adam was talking about Cristy and it was already a bad story.

Cristy carried Dana with ease but even then she took extra care to put her in the car.

Pregnant teenagers were not something she had personally seen before and it was a confusing situation to be in.

Cristy felt a feeling she had never felt before and it scared her so much that she couldn't pick up John's calls.

She dint even know what to say. She did not want to disappoint her father by looking weak. She had also completely forgotten about finding Adam as she was trying to figure out what to do with Dana. She took Dana to their secret basement where they had kept prisoners for long term torture.

Locking Dana up in one of the cells, she then texted her mother only to realize she would not be in s position to come and help, she quickly texted again saying to meet her after she was done.

Her phone vibrated again. It was John.

Panicking, she began to go back down the passage to the exit and then froze suddenly. John was coming down the passage while carrying am unconscious women over his shoulder.

Crap!

Cristy went back down the corridor to the room where she kept Dana and dragged her to a corner, hoping John wouldn't see them.

Just as crusty pulled Dana's toes out from view, John came in. He tossed Alice into the nearest cage without looking around. Checking his phone again, he turned around and left.

The moment John left, she sighed in relief. But then her phone vibrated again.

It was John.

She ignored it again and went back to the exit passage and walked slowly out. Making sure John was far ahead.

"Now I really need to find that Adam." Cristy said to herself as she got ready to spend the rest of the evening on the road looking for Adam. Her contacts had not spotted him, which means he is in hiding or left town. Either way, she would find him, even if she had to dig him out of a grave.
