I drifted to sleep relatively quickly after that having maybe my most disturbing yet electrifying dream yet...I couldn’t lie to myself much longer I found him attractive no matter how much my mind tried to correct my hearts clear idiocracy. I woke to two sexy men staring me down and a very sullen Aaron refusing to look my way clearly he still hasn’t gotten over it.

“Hi” I said with a well what I hoped to be a cute smile. Both Ross and Lupus gave her breathtaking smiles but she couldn’t seem to break eye contact with lupus .

“so I believe we had a deal.” Lupus stated in a deep soothing voice.

“I believe so.” I stated confidently as angel strode towards me. I tacked him up with no armour and get on soon I saw Lupus shift into a huge white wolf each individual hair looked like silver dipped in coal ending in a pitch black tip.
Id never seen anything so beautiful yet terrifying this form was probably more captivating than his ever sexy human form.
Soon we were running and while angel looked like he was giving it his all Lupus seemed to be casually trotting beside them.  I tried to push Angel harder but I knew he was at his limit then lupus started running properly and surpassed us. When we reached the finish line he was standing there in his briefs and honestly I couldn’t peel my eyes off of his perfectly sculpted chest lowering them to his well defined 8-pack.

“like what you see?” I looked up to a huge perfect smirk plastered on his gorgeous face.

“Oh honey you wish.” I stated hoping my cheeks wouldn’t betray me.

“That I wont deny” he stated sending my yet another flirtatious wink. Now I knew my cheeks had betrayed me but what was worse is I just couldn’t stop staring at him.
I got off angel and untacked him we had run a full circle and were right next to the main pack house. I let angel go and looked back at lupus who stood staring at me with what seemed to be a mixture of lust and amazement. I was paralysed when he grabbed my hand and pulled me towards him golden shivers running up my arm as I smashed into his rock hard chest his dominating aura enveloped me and it took all my strength not to drain him
I peeked up his eyes glittering gold as he lifted her so she was almost eye level to him.

“You Valenta are a magical creature.” His words were laced with such power and meaning but were quickly forgotten when his lips crashed into mine and I gave in to my weakness but for some reason I couldn’t drain but his lips felt almost as good moving in sync with mine, until I pulled away to catch my breath. When I looked around us our auras were linked following the same golden patterns ones that mine only makes when I drain. I felt my body desperately grasping for power but in this land I was cut off from my power and I could feel myself getting weak. I took one more longing glace at his molten eyes before the blackness took over.
I woke staring into Ross’s blazing eyes. The memories from before I fainted flashed back and I was almost disappointed that Lupus wasn’t the first to greet me. Then I looked around and got trapped in a set of wistful golden eyes. then I remembered I fainted how embarrassing, I was making out with Mr.Sexy himself and a fainted...kill me now!
“I’m just breathtaking aren’t I.” He stated making me want to slap that beautiful face of his.
I needed angel and I needed out of this area I needed to drain.
“Ummm Ross we need to go.” I stated confidently. Lupus seemed disappointed but covered it quickly.
“you need to recover.”
“exactly I cant be here.” I stated whilst wildly throwing my arms around.
“Oh” was all he said and then he left leaving me alone with Lupus ...’curse you Ross’
“I’m coming with you.” He stated his voice sounding more husky than it did earlier.
“you have a pack to run.” I stated blandly, grasping for a reason for him to stay. Its not that I didn’t like him more that I knew when we aren’t in this safe zone as soon as he touches me hes dead. I cant control it and I don’t know if ill ever be able to.

“Im coming with you and you cant actually stop me.” He said wearing that sexy half smile that made me give in, I smiled a proper happy smile.
He walked up to me and pulled me up. I wanted to land firmly against his chest but before I could he grabbed my hand and dragged me outside. Aaron gave me yet another deadly glare and angel galloped towards me. I greeted him and leapt on he started to gallop and the rest followed. I felt free and as we crossed through the plains and the power flowed into me I looked to my left and saw lupus and ross running beside me as the grass and shrubbery turned to dust, Lupus stopped Request almost running over him.

“what the hell was that!” he stared at me shocked as he shifted and quickly dressed. He stared at me expectantly. I smiled ,well it was more of a smirk than a smile.

“what?” I knew my eyes would be glowing silver. I let a sly smile slide onto my face finding his shock rather amusing. I stopped draining and stared at Lupus waiting for his comment.

“what was that?” he asked in a shocked tone, this only made my smile grow.

“That would be little miss perfects dark side.” Aaron stated with distain. I glared at him.

“Oh, Aaron would you stop acting like a bitter ex.” I snarled at him.
He just glared back at me. I tried to ignore his angry eyes and saw that something had finally clicked inside Lupus’s head.

“She’s Exhaurire.” He breathed out slowly.

“I’m what?” I stated noticing he now had the upper hand as I am now confused.

“Nothing.” He said firmly.
So Aarons Lumen and I’m Exhaurire ,what did Lupus know that we didn’t. Ive been trying to find information on my ‘power’ and he seemed to know a lot about well everything. He wasn’t much older than me maximum 28 but he seemed to have years and years of knowledge behind him.

“ok” was all I said and we began moving again.

Ross’s P.O.V

I watched as Valenta drained the ground beneath her, as usual I was in awe Angels hooves glowed gold and you could see the pure life flowing up his legs through his body and then into her. Her hair glowed and flew around in platinum strands eyes turning cold and dead yet i’d never seen anyone with so much life. Lupus seemed shocked for the first time since I met the arrogant man. When she stopped draining her eyes turned to a deep passionate green, she looked stunning, deadly but stunning non the less.

She kept moving with confidence even though she was clearly confused about him calling her exhaurire, I thought she might be but id never met one and its so hard to tell, there’s little to non lore on them and only an alpha can identify species with such accuracy id think as king of all wolves he would have picked it up immediately but I suppose her powers were suppressed  and anyone could miss it.

 We would be passing into Calliodare soon, which is one of Natalie’s districts. Even with Lupus and the tree wolves he brought I wasn’t sure how we were going to get past her wards of soldiers. I wasn’t sure if Valenta using her power was worth what it was doing to her. I can see the internal struggle she’s going through. I don’t want her to end up like my angel a souless succubus. She didn’t have the same power as Valenta but she could read minds and she would spend days in other peoples heads stealing information and planting ideas eventually she started getting stuck in peoples heads and the only way to get out was to kill them scare them to death with their own thoughts.

When she lost her power she lost any previous humanity she possessed and if there was no her there was no me not who I used to be atleast. They did this to her, they stole her humanity and I went to a place where I could give them their justice I took a throne were my strength would prevail so I went to the pit and challenged the king. Sure people don’t seem to understand why anyone would fight for such a place but I was dark, I am dark it’s my piece of heaven where  I can rip and shed souls until they eventually have nothing and serve as food for my puppies but its time my beautiful girl and I reunite.
