This album is dedicated to the artists I've written each song for. I use their experiences as well as my own as inspiration to write these songs and I hope that if one day they ever do read them, they'll think positively of them. I've worked hard on these songs, hence the late release, but I wanted to make this one special since it is the third edition and 3 is my lucky / favorite number. I wrote this first song recently and had a hard time finding an artist who could really bring this song to life, then thanks to a post by Meghan Trainer congratulating her number one album, I found Lauren Alaina. I remembered her from American Idol and I knew as soon as I heard her voice again that she'd be perfect for this one. I think she's an amazing person, I heard her share her story on Harry and it was so inspiring and so good to see that she's a lot better now. Also, her new album's pretty amazing. So, Lauren, this is for you!
