18. I Won't Leave a Message

I wrote this song after something I guess a lot of people go through apparentlyy. Growing up I was never really good at 'socializing' so of course the internet was a good platform for me to reach out and connect with people. So I would, and a lot of the time I would get messages back and we'd have great conversations but then we'd eventually stop talking and, sadly enough, the person who'd be the last to reply would be me. I'd be left on read all the time. And apparently it's only common. Though either way, the fact that they completely stop all communication with you, kind of leaves you to question what you did and why they stopped. And that's what leads you to stop trying to reach out again. I guess a lot of the time it's because they've just moved on and want to do so without you. If you'd been talking with someone forever and days go by with them completely forgetting about you, it's not all that worth it to remind them. Find you a bitch who can remember shit. And to those who say they were busy.. bitch please. We all busy, what you think I stare at the wall all day waiting for you. Well I mean, if some people do there's nothing wrong with that but still loll. The point is we all become busy, but we also remember the people most important in our lives and we definitely make sure we make time for them. So this one's for those who've been left on read. Find you somebody betta instead. Also, I think the best voice for this song would be the talented Jussie Smollet. This one's for you.
