I wrote this next one after thinking about why people are so protective and dependent on their guns. It makes you think, what's meant to protect them could potentially be the death of them. Like the one episode of the twilight zone where everyone's scared of this monster killing them when they eventually end up killing each other themselves. I know words on paper nor words on a screen couldn't really do much but bring some form of awareness to it. So this is for MUNA.
"I don't see it"
Verse
What life would we live
If we lived on what if
What war would we be in
If we keep up with this
"If I don't see it / I don't believe it"
"If I don't feel it / I don't agree with it"
Why must one be right and one be wrong
If we're not
Chorus
So why's everybody runnin'
Sparkin' a flame like they're gunnin'
Why does everybody need it
I don't see it
Verse
What have we come to
What have we done
Who will we run to
What will we become
"If I don't see it / I don't believe it"
"If I don't feel it / I don't agree with it"
Why must one be right and one be wrong
If we're not
Chorus
So why's everybody runnin'
Sparkin' a flame like they're gunnin'
Why does everybody need it
I don't see it
Bridge
Why can't they feel more strong
The empty handed needed it more than em
Why must we live more brawn
I breathe one second and another I'm gone
The coast of innocence
Has been raised a bit more cents
I'm lost this don't make sense
No hate no righteousness
Chorus
So why's everybody runnin'
Sparkin' a flame like they're gunnin'
Why does everybody need it
I don't see it
Why does anybody do it
Tarnish a light yet they knew it
Why does everybody bleed this
Can't you see it
