Chapter 21

    Early the next morning, Misty woke up just enough to roll over and rest her head on Liams chest before passing back out. She had woken up off and on even with the longstanding comfort of Liam being right there. Every time she’d woken up, Liam would hum softly to her, murmuring sweet things into her ear. She looked sleepily up at him and smiled slightly, realizing that sleep wasn’t coming back. Liam smiled and kissed her softly. “Morning,” she mumbled kissing his cheek. Liam smiled “Mornin darling” She yawned, smiling and snuggling close to him. Liam held her closer, smiling. Misty sighed contently, holding onto him tightly.

Liam kissed her hair, smiling. “I love you, so much.” She blushed. “I love you too.” Liam smiled at her. Misty smiled, holding onto him. “Li?” “Yes darling?” “Thanks…. for everything.” Liam chuckled “You’re very, very welcome” Misty hid her face in his chest, and Liam held her close. She yawned slightly closing her eyes, peeking up at him occasionally. Liam smiled, chuckling “Still tired?” “I am most of the time…” she mumbled. Liam kissed her forehead, making her blush and hide her face in his chest again. His phone rang. Liam sighed, kissing her forehead as he answered it. “Hello?”

It was Niall. “Hey mate, I have an idea.” Liam tilted his head to the side “I’m listening” “So you know how the girls always talk about being tired, or having too much to get done?” Liam chuckled “Yeah...” “Well how about we do everything for them today? Give them a break, let them take a day off.” Niall smiled. Liam grinned “That’s a great idea” Niall grinned. “Okay, well I gotta go, Mel’s waking up.” “Kay, see you soon” Liam said, hanging up.

Turning around he set the phone down and smiled at the still half asleep girl beside him. “Hey Mel.” Meliza stirred slightly, curling closer to him, mumbling “Stay” He chuckled and kissed her head. “I’m not going anywhere.” Meliza hid her face in his chest, not wanting to wake up yet. “Get back to sleep love, its okay,” Niall mumbled, starting to hum. Meliza smiled, soon falling asleep at the sound of his voice. Niall held her close, chuckling. Meliza nuzzled his neck in her sleep. He grinned and rubbed her back as Meliza curled closer to him. “You are so beautiful,” He mumbled to her. Meliza smiled softly in her sleep, and he chuckled, kissing her forehead gently.          Meliza woke about an hour later, groaning.

Niall was stroking her hair gently he smiled. “Morning beautiful.” Meliza hid her face into his chest, mumbling. He chuckled and she closed her eyes, head pounding. “Damn hangover” she mumbled. Niall nodded. “Want me to get you anything?” Meliza nodded slowly, peeking up at him slowly. “What would you like?” “Pain medicine... food...” She mumbled. He nodded and kissed her forehead and laid her down gently, getting up and going to the kitchen. Meliza curled into the pillows, snuggling into them. He returned with pain killers and food. “Here you go,” He says, setting the tray down in front of her. She sat up slowly, complete bed head, yawning and thanking him softly. Niall couldn’t help but smile and he kissed her gently. “Enjoy your breakfast.” Meliza kissed back softly and sat in his lap, eating after taking the pills. He smiled, and held her close. Meliza curled into him, smiling. “I love you Ni” she mumbled. “I love you too.” he smiled and kissed her cheek gently. She smiled up at him before looking up at him.

He stroked her cheek gently, and she leaned into his touch, kissing his palm. Niall grinned and said. “You are amazing Mel.” Meliza blushed lightly, closing her eyes. “So are you” she murmured. He chuckled. “Not really, thanks.” Meliza pouted “Really, thanks.”. “What? I’m not.” Meliza pouted, nodding. Niall shrugged, causing Meliza to cross her arms. “You’re my life, a major part of it.” “I know, but I’m hardly amazing,” he kissed her. She kissed back and pouted “You’re better than amazing.” Niall chuckled. “I know. I’m spectacular.” Niall laughs. Meliza laughed “Exactly.” Niall kissed her, and she kissed back, smiling as her eyes closed.
